It took quite a while to get an appointment (which was fine - I didn't have an emergency need or anything) - about a month. The office staff was pleasant enough and got be back in the exam room pretty quickly. I had made an appointment with Dr. Young. I thought her nurse (Trish or Tish) was actually quite strange. I got a weird vibe from her and she wasn't a very good conversationalist. Dr. Young herself didn't keep me waiting long and was very professional. The one thing I did not appreciate about her was she assumed things that I did not actually say - doctors that I really like ask more questions than hand out advice right off the bat. I do plan to go back to see Dr. Young for follow up in a few months, but I would not see her on a regular basis if my particular case required it. She isn't the type of doctor I could see myself trusting.

Did not get to see Dr. 90 min wasted in transit and waiting to see Dr that has no consideration about patient's time. They called me twice in advance to make sure I was there on time w/my son. We arrived on time but after 25-min and no word, we asked and they said it would only be a few more min. At the 35 min mark, when asked they said it would just be a few more minutes. I asked how they could know how long just sitting at the desk. Receptionist then went to the back and again we were told just a couple min. At the 45 min mark after I complained she said they were on their way out to get us but when they didn??t show up, we left. Poor management. Frustrating part was three patients checked in after us and where seen ahead of us but were told they were seeing a different doctor. We are switching to the other Dr that has more respect for people's time. I understand emergencies happen, but in dermatology? If a routine visit turned into something else for a patient, they should have rescheduled that person to come back when they could take the time needed without affecting other people's schedules. Maybe if someone explained why there was a delay it would have helped. We explained that we had a basketball practice to get to and this was to have been a 5-min follow up visit. Don't waste your time here, get a referral to someone that has consideration for others.

It is hard to get appointments. I have been before and the Doctor seemed uninterested. This time i took my daughter and Dr. Young was in such a rush. I do not feel like she could have done a thorough exam. She did request to re-examine my daughter, to make sure the brown spots have not changed. My daughter and I were scheduled at 2 times one following the other. I would think if that is the case we would have at least 30 minutes total, 15 minutes each. We did not even get 15 minutes total. I was so rushed I forgot 1 of my questions, I remembered as soon as she left room. When the nurse returned to give me script, I asked question and she said Dr. Young had moved onto next patient and I could not have question answered? What is up with that? At the least she should have offered to give Dr question and the nurse call me later with an answer. I don't feel like she could have given me a good exam. Make sure you write down every question or concern and check off each thing as you go along. On the phone when making appt, ask how long do you have with the Doctor, then wear your watch and time it. That's what i will do if I go back, I will probably ask for another doc though. Maybe if I was going to get expensive procedure done they would have spent time and not made me feel like I was imposing on her time.

I took my baby here for excema treatment. Was very anxious that the doctor would not be used to seeing children but he was excellent. Explained treatment steps clearly. I even had to page this doctor on a weekend and he called me back within minutes.

The doctor explains to all of my queries. Its very difficult to get an appointment. you will get the appointment day only after a week. still then i am very much satisfied.

Very professional office. They provide all kind of skin care services including botox, acne treatment and other general concerns. The doctors are great about answering questions and will provide additional information (brohures, pamphlets) to help. It is difficult to get an appointment and the waiting room is always full.
