I was a patient of Dr Way for about 2 years but never received a high level of service. My phone calls would not be answered for several days and then I would just get a voice mail to call back, which would result in another voice mail left from me, and another wait. I repeatedly asked to be contacted at work when I was dealing with severe abdomianal pain, and did not want to play phone tag, but the medical assistant would leave a VM on my home phone anyway. Also the clinic could never get my address right despite filling out new address form, they actually mailed my lab results to my previous address! Fortunately, the post office forwarded it. When I was finally seen for my severe stomach pain, more then a week later, (due to the inability to get the assistant on the phone) I was not even weighed. I dealt with this pain for 2 years before going to another MD for a second opinion. The MD who offered the second opinion, discovered very quicky, through an ultrasound, that I had a sick gallbladder. The surgeon who removed my GB, told me I had all the classic symptoms, including a recent weight loss, which Dr Way did not see since they never weighed me.( yes I mentioned it, but was still not weighed) Once my GB was removed, my stomach pain disappeared. Obviously, I lost all faith in Dr Way and her staff and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
