I made an appt for an Ortho consult. They were booking one month out. We brought an xray taken by our Dentist to assist the Ortho, Dr. Mikolich, with her prognosis. During that appt we set another appt, (45 days out) to discuss what procedures would be needed. The office called the morning of the appt to cancel and rescheduled 60 days later. I asked if my daughter needed to attend this meeting and was told only parents were needed. We were the last patient for the day and sat in an empty waiting room for 20 minutes before seeing the Ortho. Once seated, the Ortho said she needed to see my daughter to make her final diagnosis. We inquired about the costs and the Ortho told us her staff usually discussed pricing but she guessed it would be in a price range of $2,800-$3,200. In closing, the Ortho told us her office would contact us for an appt to bring my daughter back for another evaluation. Three months passed and I realized they hadn't followed up. I phoned the office and requested the xray I provided, and the misc xray and film I paid for. I was told someone would call me to discuss what I needed. Two days passed and I phoned again requesting my daughters file. Unfortunately, they lost the xray taken by my Dentist. Julie, the office person, told me to call and request a copy from my Dentist. I told her that she should do it because they lost my xrays. Instead of an apology, Julie corrected me, it was not xrays because only one xray missing. Day four, my Dentist phoned to inform me they don't have a copy of the xray. One week later, I'm still waiting for the Ortho to call and rectify this issue.\r\n\r\nThe office is unorganized and the staff is unprofessional! The Ortho should know what her procedures cost. I think 7 months is an excessive amount of time to wait and still not have braces.

Dr. Salt and Dr. Mariani are very nice. Also, all of the nurses are really friendly. Ortho. service is very bad. We started with dr. Shanker in the beginning everything was smooth until he decided to leave the practice. switching from an orthodontist to another is really bad and greatly affect the treatment plan since every orthodontist has his/her opinion. To make it short, if you want to fix your teeth, make sure that the ortho. you liked is going to treat you for the whole duration of the treatment. My wife is really unhappy about her teeth right now and I spent $3000 from my pocket so far.

Pros: Nice dentists

Cons: bad orthodontists

Dr. Soult is the NICEST man. I have three kids that see him and one one more that will see him in the near future. He is knowledgeable and answers all your questions and never seems to be too busy to do so. He is a GEM.

Dr. Mike Soult is a great dentist! My oldest daughter has special needs and he knows about her condition, what are extra precautions to be taken, etc. My daughter was very anxious about going and the first time we went we just had a consult. Then he started cleaning her teeth after that and she just loves going. He works great with my typical child too. The dental assistants are very kind and friendly to the kids as well.

This was only my daughter's second visit to the dentist and they made it a breeze! Everyone was extremely friendly and bubbly..which made my daughter at ease (she's five). The dentist came in and chatted with us calmly before taking my daughter to a spacious and immaculately clean room to get her teeth cleaned. They allowed me to wait in a room that was just a few steps away, while they worked on her. It was a nice break for me :) I read a magazine and relaxed, knowing she was just a peak away...I could even hear the staff politely chatting with her in the other room. I can't say enough about how great our experience was. Professional. Clean. VERY kid friendly! Thanks Dr. Mike!

With five kids it's hard finding a dentist that all your children love and are not afraid. Well, that is want we found at Dental Reflections. A great family friendly office from doctors to staff members.
Dr. Mike is very kid friendly and explains everything that is going to happen while the child is being see by him.
I recommend this dentist to every family for all your dental needs.
