Pushed me on Suboxone twice. Treated me like a drug addict. Did not give me break through meds. Blamed me when therapies failed. Said pain was in my head, I should drink alcohol, and that the pain was all my fault. Forced me into physical, occupational, psychological therapies (simultaneously), required me to get many injections against my will. Controlled my pain meds like a Nazi so I would suffer daily. Told me to meditate, and imagine putting pain in a dirt hole, instead of taking meds. Dumped me when I wasn't going to go on Suboxone again, and took more than six weeks to transfer med records! Yes, and tried to lock me up twice, but I refused.

Dmitry is a very successful business man. That he is a doctor you wouldn't guess. He cares very deeply about your money and the money your insurance can provide him. Your pain is not even secondary in his list of priorities. Don't go to see this person.

Dmitry Arbuck and company will tell you that they care about allieviating your pain and they will tell you that they will continue the medications your are already on (they will tell you whatever they need to, to get you in for the first appointment). It is a lie to get you in (they can get away with this lie by saying you are a drug addict (in their professional opinion of course) and so they said that they did whatever they had to get you in so they could help you. No court in the land would convict them. Using these strong armed tactics they will attempt to get you into the hospital for a "5 to 7 day detox". The truth is you will be locked up in a lock down psychiatric ward. They will scrap all of your medications prescribed by other doctors so they can peddle the medications they are paid to push by the drug companies they do research for (you'll find this list about halfway into the slide show they offer on their site.

Meridian Health Group's annual profit is between 5 to 10 million dollars. Most of that money probably goes to Dmitry because all the other docors will give you a separate bill for their services. It is a insurance scam and the co-pays and percent payout you have to cover will bankrupt you.

After you ignore this suggestion and see this cash cow business, come back and write a review of your own. Help someone else avoid this unethical practice.

Awful Dr. worst I have ever seen.
Insurance scam, must do all treatments in house. If they wanted you to seek mental help, why not allow you to do it anywhere, why just at their facility. Run away from this place..
