I visited Doctor's Visionworks, store #482 on 4/20/09. This store is located in Snellville, GA, 30078. I returned to the store today, 4/28/09 because the contacts I were fitted for made my vision worse instead of better. I waited a week to see if maybe my eyes just needed to adjust to the new prescription. I had an exam at the store last year and was fitted for pure vision contacts which I was very please with. When I returned to the store today I informed the assistant of the problems I am having with the contacts. She informed the doctor that was on duty today, who in return told the assistant to tell me to get some regular contacts and some reading glasses! Yes that was the response. Not, well let me re-examin you and see what the problem may be. Well I was not satisfied and ask the assistant to ask again. The second response from the so call doctor (female, I don't know her name) on call was to either go back to my old prescription or there was nothing she could do. Once again, she never came out to talk to me personally, nor offered any re-exam. The store advertises that they want your glassess perferct for you, but I guess this doesn't apply for the contacts. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received and I would advise all to stay clear of this place. We only get one pair of eyes and it seems they're out to ruin them!

Yesterday I was visiting Vision Works in Mall of Georgia area. I was there for 45 minutes and nobody I mean absolutley nobody ask me if I need any help. But they start cleaning, vacuum, but did not help their customers.
After all that I decide to go with my decision and they said, well sorry, but our store closed 1 minute ago...So, I left without glasses, and I will never come back and will never refer anybody to their location.
So, I decide to make my purchase at WallMart, for the same money but much better customer service

I saw the promotion on TV and it was time to have an eye exam so I decided to give Dr's Vision Works a try. The wait wasn't that long from my appointment time. The staff was pleasant and the exam went well. When it came time to pick my selection, the glasses that had part of the promotion weren't exactly to my liking. When you add on the break resistant lenses and the other "extras" so it doesn't look like I'm wearing my grandma's glasses it was nearly $200. They did have the glasses as advertised.
