Dr. Brown seems to be a great doctor initially, however her staff is very unprofessional and she allows this. Dr. Brown will not and do not return phone calls. Her staff told me that they deliver the messages most of the time, which they are not qualified. I am in the process of locating another doctor, not sure if I will have trouble getting my grandson's medical records or not. Jennifer, her so called Office Manager is loud and ghetto, you practically have to call repeatedly to get a referal sent, sometimes a referral can take weeks.

I've been going to Dr. Brown for about eight years now. First of all her staff has been ghetto queens. Loud and very unprofessional. (Jennifer) I loved Charlotte though, who I guess wised up and left. Now she has this nurse that came in and you can hardly understand what she is saying. She closes at 2:30 EVERYDAY now. So if your child gets sick after 2:30, good luck! She has an after hours voicemail that she never checks, or just don't bother to return the calls. I really do like Dr. Brown, and I will say that Jennifer has toned down alot, but I don't know if she's the right Dr. for my children at this point. Her office hours are very inconvenient. When you call with a concern, you have to be interrogated before and if you get an appointment to bring the child in. There are MANY time, I just went to E.R. and it shouldn't be that way when they have Primary Care Physician.

I am saddened to join the majority of the viewers with the evaluation of Dr. Browns Staff. My son has been a patient for several years and each visit I am amazed with the level of unprofessionalism. Dr. Brown is doing a disservice to her practice by allowing Jennifer to answer the phones not to mention greet patience in the office. As the office manager, Jennifer, must be the most unqualified person I have ever encountered. I finally reached a breaking point and can no longer tolerate the "Mad House". Dr. Brown??s poor judgment to select a quality office manager and her lack of response after sharing my concerns over the years, has forced me to depart from her practice. I hope that Dr. Brown will start to listen to her clients and make changes in her office before she allows Jennifer to destroy her practice. Dr. Brown is a good Doctor and has the capability to have a good practice should she change her staff and ??Ghetto? office regulations.

Stonecrest Pediatrics is an utterly unprofessional and ghetto office. EVER. The best thing I couuld have ever done, was leave. The reason we left is because, my son was getting his immunization shots done last year for Kindergarten. My husband and I took him. The nurse Jennifer was playing around with my son, with a needle (yes I did say needle) in her hand. Mind you, she was talking extremely loud in the office about what she did with her boyfriend the night before. I was amazed that this type of behavior is even allowed to go on in a pediatrician's office. Well, when we left, I thought that was it. I had to request for both my son and my daughter's medical records several times. For some reason or another, only my daughter's got sent. I began requesting them about one year ago. For some reason or another, Dr. Brown has refused (yes I said refused) to send them over to the new dr. I do know, that if a Dr. refuses to send requested medical records that had been signed by myself to send I might add...is against the law. I called the other day, to find out why she is refusing to send them. The most ghetto nurse Jennifer, (the one I said was playing with the needle around my son) got loud and obnoxious with me. (To this day I can't understand how she even has a job) she tells me Im not dealing with you. While, she had Dr. Brown on speaker phone, and didn't even mutter one word. My suggestion is to you if you are choosing a dr.'s office, do not choose this dr. Not at all. She's horrible. Her staff is even worse!

Her office manager is very, very, very ghetto. I have tried to give this practice another chance. I thought it was just me but after reading some of the other comments, I realize it is not. Dr. Brown needs a staff that reflects her professionalism and this one does a very poor job. I am moving my children to another physician due to the poor staff.

Dr. Brown is a very good doctor. My first encounter with her was one of professionalism, efficiency, and knowledgeable. I enjoy my wait time which was about 15 minutes. I played with my grandson, read a book, and relaxed. My doctor's wait time is well over an hour. I was pleased with the atmosphere and the cleanliness of her reception area as well as the rooms.

Dr. Brown is so nice and a good pediatrician. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. The negative part of her practice is the long wait times in the waiting room as well as the patient rooms. The office is not as clean as one would expect for an environment for children and some of the staff are not very professional. If not for the long wait and some staff, this practice could have gotten 5 stars.
But Dr. Brown is great! You would have to decide how much you value your time when going to this practice though because the wait times are more than 20 minutes.
