He a very angry person who brings other issues into the office. Has major mood swings, screams at and physically tries to intimidate patients in the presence of other patients, staff and drug reps. Is more concerned with meeting with drug reps than caring for patients. Shares other patients' medical information with patients. Does not safeguard pt privacy even when reminded of HIPAA laws. Needs some serious mental health help before being allowed to renew his license or continuing to practice.

Dr. Beatty is one of the most dedicated, updated physicians I have ever met. He and his staff have kept my husband and me alive for the past 12 years. I honestly do not believe my husband would still be here if it had not been for Dr Beatty being proactive on a regime to keep my husband going. I have seen him work with all of his patients and be concerned that they have the fullest life that they can. I will go no where else.

I called at 9 am and got an appointment for 10:45 am. I arrived on time and filled out the usual 3 pages, paid my copay and waited for 20 more minutes. Once I was called back, the Dr informed me, in a demeaning manner, that "I had violated some kind of contract" and that "we will no longer be your service provider." Seriously!! Do you think they could have told me this before scheduling me for an appointment. I do not even know what the "contract" is and he had the nerve to try and chastise me. It seems like he would be violating a "contract" by turning a patient away.I went to the walk-in clinic and was treated faster and with MUCH MORE RESPECT!!I WOULD KEEP LOOKING IF I WERE YOU!!

I have had minor heath issues over the past few years. My past Dr. in Mount Juliet told me I was healthy as a horse and seem to always hurry to get me out the door. Dr. Beatty seemed to take a better look at me and found some ways for me to take better care of myself. My partner is diabetic and has MS and I recommend Dr. Beatty to him as well and he seemed to be good with him as well. The only time I ever had to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time was due to another patient having a heart emergency, and that is understandable. Keep up the good work.

I have nothing but, great things to say about Dr. Beatty. He has been a God send to me and my family. I get excellent care and sometimes he goes beyond what is necessary to help me understand. He has never stopped short of finding out what is wrong and even came into his h=office during off hours to see me. I am a suporter and privelidged to hhave found him. I trust my family to him and his staff.

I took my wife into Dr. Beatty's office because she was having problems sleeping. Her appointment was at 2:30pm, but arrived at 2:15pm. She was called back at 2:45 for the nurses to obtain other information. Dr. Beatty did NOT come into the patient room until 3:30pm. The really sad reason for his late greeting was he met with 3 pharmaceutical sales reps before even saying "Hello" to his patient. When my wife asked how long it would be before he would be in, the nurse offered to reschedule the appointment. When my wife actually had a visit from the doctor, he was very condescending and lectured her about smoking rather than addressing the issue. My wife left the office in tears from Dr. Beatty's terrible customer service skills without ever taking care of her concerns. At one point, Dr. Beatty actually laughed when she asked for a referral for a mammogram (both of her grandmother's had breast cancer). I would NOT recommend Dr. Beatty to anyone regardless the issue or circumstance. You would receive better health-care from your local auto mechanic.

Although very friendly at first, my friends and I found him to be quite unethical. When upset, he had a tendency to raise his voice and be "short" with whoever he was with at the time. When in a "good mood" he would brag about his achievements and even tell "Private Medical Information" about some of his other patients.
