This is the second (and the same) review I submitted. Apparently Jennifer above provided the same review before and I am sure mine would be a more recent update.

The doctors are top of the line - no question about it. However, good expertise is not the only criterion that makes up a good practice/business. I was going to give 1 star for several reasons I explained below, but then wanted to give some benefit of doubt and pushed my rating to 2 instead.

I had wisdom tooth removal before at the same office and it was an awesome experience! Kudos to Dr. Bouchelion.

Before I say anything, I should repeat that the doctors are beyond good. If you are looking for good doctors for procedures that some other oral surgeons cannot do, this is your destination - providing that you are/will be willing to be okay with some hiccups that you may experience like I did below:

1) The staff is extremely rude. I cannot emphasize how much this issue just threw me off multiple times. I even told Dr. Korompillas about it, but the feedback I received from him suggested me that nothing would be done. Well, I am not a child, so I do not really do well when I am talked to as if I am a child :) So I moved on. They were rude to me in the past and they showed the same attitude towards some other patients WHEN I WAS THERE waiting for my appointment. I thought that they did not like me for some reason. Well, obviously I was not the issue. I have been to so many offices and I cannot emphasize enough how rude their tone can be at times. They will make you as if they are the "customer/patient" and NOT YOU :)

2) So, I promised myself not go there again, but I was lazy when I was making my decision and ended up making the mistake of not searching for other options. If I am going to an oral surgery practice, I know that they are within my dental insurance plan/network. Therefore, if I will have a procedure that would be billed under "medical plan" , I expect to be informed BEFORE the procedure, NOT AFTER! Even though the procedure could be billed under dental plan, they did not want to do it and I ended up paying a huge (and full) amount for a quick procedure that otherwise could be partially paid by my insurance (and within their network rates - mind me tell you :). This is contradictory to their statement on their website (i.e. they make their patients' interest a priority). So being good in practice is different from putting your patients first.

3) After I figured out the entire picture once more, I ended up in another office. I could not believe how different my experience was. From doctors to staff, everyone was on the same page. Even some additional procedures that were suggested by the office above was not even suggested. When I asked, they proved why I DID NOT need those extra procedures. And when I asked about the quick procedure I was going to pay as I mentioned in previous paragraph, they said that they normally would submit it under dental plan if I did not have it before. Then they added that were not going to charge me or try to bill the insurance, because I was going to pay a "ridiculous amount for it at another office anyways" (and this is the exact comment I had received when I told them about the billed amount - go figure) and btw I appreciate the mercy I was given there.

Bottom line: I am not going back. Only being excellent doctors is not enough for any practice. There are many other factors for a good business. So, it is a business that I do not recommend.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Korompilas. The process was easy and painless. They make you very comfortable and the surgery was over in no time. The follow up appointment went smoothly and all insurance was handled efficiently. I highly recommend him if you need your wisdom teeth removed.
