Dr. Crow was rather condescending. I was visiting his office for a yearly physical, but I probably would've gotten more attention from a physician at the county health department.
The staff was very prompt, kind and attentive, but it's the physician(s) who make, or break, the clinic. Dr. Crow didn't quite make the cut.

I went to Dr. Crow a few times, and every time I left with the feeling that no one was listening to me. I'd list my complaints, and they'd zero in on the last one and ignore all the others, no matter how many times I'd try to bring up my more important concerns.

The straw that broke the camel's back was when I went in for an appointment after a positive pregnancy test, asking for a referral to an Ob-Gyn. I ended up losing that baby. I went back to Dr. Crow a couple of months later and NO ONE made mention of the pregnancy - they didn't even say anything when they prescribed medicine for me. Wouldn't you think they'd notice the last note in my file? Oh no, they wouldn't, because the files are all on computer, and Dr. Crow always spent more time talking about how neat the technology was than he did talking about my health.

My husband and I decided we wouldn't go there anymore, but hadn't gotten around to finding a new doctor. So when my husband got sick about a year ago, he thought he'd give Dr. Crow another try and see if the focus on technology over the patient had disappeared. Nope! That day, Dr. Crow was showing off the technology to someone from another practice and spent the whole appointment explaining things to the other person instead of talking to my husband. Not cool! We will not be going back again.
