Dr. Brooke is a Naturopathic Doctor licensed in the state of Arizona (Texas does not currently license NDs). She attended Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. While in medical school she trained extensively under Dr. Christine Girard, former Director of Naturopathic Medicine at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), and preceptored at the CTCA hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to medical school Dr. Brooke received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude and was a member of the Psi Chi Psychology Honor Society. Dr. Brooke's philosophy of medicine is founded on the body's innate ability to heal itself and she has a passion for facilitating that healing using natural, non-toxic means, rather than by simply suppressing symptoms, as many medical paradigms do today. She was first introduced to Naturopathic Medicine during her mother's battle with breast cancer. It was her exposure to an often hopeless, bleak approach to treatment that ignited Dr. Brooke's desire to provide a haven of hope, promise and healing for her patients as they journey through such a dark, complex disease. Dr. Brooke's passion for Naturopathic Medicine, specifically in its capacity to benefit cancer patients, has continued to grow. It is her desire to see her patients living their lives to the fullest with optimal health and vitality. In addition to her formal education, Dr. Brooke has also received CranioSacral Therapy training and has received Reiki I & II Certification. Dr. Brooke is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and the Texas Association of Naturopathic Physicians (TXANP). In her spare time Dr. Brooke enjoys travel, photography, yoga and swimming; as well as cherishing time with her family, friends and dogs, City and Cooper.
