If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They charged me an extra over $100 without telling me and then saying after, oh, we already started the procedures (contact lense fitting and eye pictures) and so you can't take it back now. Other places I've gone before will at least consent you before, telling you that it won't be covered by insurance) they do anything extra. When I was trying to change my lenses for a pair of glasses, they front desk person also just started adding features that cost extra money without really consulting me. If I had not stopped her and asked what features she was adding, I would have probably paid an extra $100 or so.

In addition, after I had my frames sent in to add new lenses, they broke my frames and would not replace them, but said that I could buy another pair of frames and lenses (an extra $200 or more). Moreover, the contact lense prescription that they wrote was not even complete, so I could not order the lenses online. They were insistent that I buy them in the store. I would not go back to the store to have my eyes checked by them anymore.

I've never gotten so many compliments on my glasses as I have since I let the staff at eye to eye optometry help me pick out frames. Their experience shows and they keep up on the latest trends. The exam was among the most thorough I've ever had and they got me in on time even though they were super busy that day. They're nice people too.

Pros: Great attitude, service, very caring

Cons: small waiting area

I have to say this was the WORST optometry office I've ever been to. Very unprofessional front end staff with loud music blaring. Annoyingly rude blonde receptionist. The wait time to see an optometrist was so long that I wasn't even able to finish my exam and had to leave early. The case for my contact lenses offered to me (I had to take my lenses out for the exam) was USED. It had been rinsed out from the previous person. Overpriced rates. Costco would do a better job and cheaper. I never went back even though I never finished my exam. Don't waste your money or time here.

I take my family to Dr. Lee's office annually for eye check ups and always find her and the office staff courteous and professional. They really help out when we are deciding for the right glasses- there are so many choices. And there is alot of fresh food stores nearby too.
