I have been going to Dr. Duick for about 2 years now. I have thryoid problems and have had to get a Fine Needle Aspriation. Dr. Duick is very knowledgable and I trust his expertise. Not always on time, but then again everyone wants to see him because he's one of the best!!! I am greatful to have him as my doctor. The scheduling and office staff are fine most of the time. There is an ultrasound tech who is as sweet as an angel. Feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands here!!

Love the doctor, HATE the staff. Drove 2 hours and 40 minutes round trip to see this doctor because he came highly recommended. Even the people that recommended him told me his staff was awful. I saw him anyways and they really were not exaggerating about the staff. I had my entire thyroid removed due to cancer on December 27th and could not make a follow up appointment for days because "there were like 50 messages we had to return when we came back after the New Year". For a week I barely got a human voice and I was put on hold, rung back into the operator, put back on hold, would ring back to the operator, put back on hold so I could leave a message...again and again. I was finally able to make a follow up appointment but wondered if I should be put on medication since I no longer had my thyroid and my appointment was 3 weeks out. So I left messages for the medical assistant, and waited because they have a 48 hour turn around policy. Waited, and left another message, and waited 48 hours again. So I left another message because I'm starting to have symptoms and can't seem to get a human on the phone from that office. Finally I get a call back and I do not have the medical assistants undivided attention. She's answering other peoples questions in the office and obviously working on something else while I'm describing what's going on with me and my concerns. I'm not sure she heard what I was saying at all so I stopped talking, then after a long pause I was told "okay I'll let the doctor know and I'll call you back". And there's been so many other issues with the staff but I'm tired of going into it again. Just believe me when I say, Yes Dr. Duick is fantastic, skip it though because I still didn't feel taken care of. Not to mention I felt completely overlooked.
