Dr. Fitzpatrick is very nice, to the point, and personable. His visits are quick unless you have further concerns. He easily helped me obtain a referral and refill prescriptions (I just moved here and needed a refill on existing scripts from a Dr. back home). He has no qualms about helping you out in any way he can, and returns phone calls personally in the evenings.

His staff prefers to sit behind their little glass window, I am assuming they are just really busy and don't really have time to chit chat with patients who are waiting. Wait times in the afternoon tend to be lengthy, I would really never recommend walking in without first asking about how long it could possibly be.

Pros: convenient, nice, accomadating

Cons: occasionally long wait times

I don't know Dr. Magno, but his associate, Dr. Fitzgerald and staff totally lack compassion. My 13 year old daughter fell in school and her ankle was quite painful. I live in Windsor Terrace, so I called Park West and they told me to bring her in. When I got there, Dr. Fitzgerald refused to even look at her and I was told to bring her to a pediatrician. When I said we don't have one, the response was a shrug. Neither the doctor nor his nurse cared one bit about the fact that my child was in pain. I was just told to take her elsewhere. When I asked for the form which I filled out containing personal information, they refused to give it back to me. I would not recommend a medicial facility so lacking in concern and compassion.

Pros: none

Cons: Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff could care less about my daughter who was in pain
