The best part of this organization is the Doctor. He's got a lot of personality, is very thorough, and explains it all. I had the worse time trying to get contacts in my eyes, and getting them to stay, and I had to go back to get, ah, lessons. Pretty pathetic when a 10 yr old has to help you put them in! One thing: we get free glasses with our insurance, and when my daughter went in, while we were waiting for the free ones - the clerk helped her fall in love with some purple framed ones. I said 'no,' numerous times, and the clerk was no help. I ended up buying them at $100 and, of course, my daughter lost them within days. Part of that is my issue, but once a parent says 'no,' the glasses should go away, while we're waiting for the others.

This optomitrist was great! I had received an incorrect prescription on my last exam at another eye place and was having severe headaches. Someone suggested this place and they are very thorough. He had a great manner and explained all the proceedures and was very thorough. I've always been told I was pre-diabetic due to having gestational diabetes, and he assured me that he saw no signs in my eye exam (one of the first things affected). I felt like I got a great exam and even got contacts. I even had to come back once to be shown again how to put them in. I took the kids their for their eye exams as well.
