My first impression was not good at all (w/the office staff). First of all, I was not greeted by anyone when I arrived. It got worse when I met w/the person who takes my blood pressure/weight/iron, etc. She talked to me from 10 feet away and asked me to tell her my weight as she sat in her chair. She didn??t tell me my blood pressure, my iron levels, etc. She grabbed my hand to take a blood sample, didn't say anything to me...other than telling me to hold pressure on my finger she just pricked. Then she walked away and had a conversation with someone about their name. Then I had to ask for a band-aid for my bleeding fingers since the nurse obviously wasn't too worried. It was a terrible first impression. Next, I met with a student who was working along side Dr. Kobe, doing her clinicals. She was very sweet. Finally, I met with Dr. Kobe. She sat down with me and took the time to talk to me about issues/concerns. I truly appreciated the fact that she did not make me feel rushed. Overall, I am not sure I will return, at least to that office, just due to the wait time and staff. I would like see Dr. Kobe again (if she were at a different location).
