This was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I was seen for fatigue, bodyaches, and headaches which have been going on for 6 months. Rude and arrogant is the only way to describe this physican. I had labwork done which was back 10 days later. I received a call from the doctor to call office regarding labs. This was at 3:45pm. I called back at 405 and the office was closed. I called back again the next day and was told Dr. Ramos was on vacation for 2 weeks. I was told I could not have my results and that I would have to wait until she returned. I was also told that there was an abnormal lab result but was not allowed to know what that was until I spoke with her. About a week later I received a call from the RECEPTIONIST that I had an infection and needed antibiotics. So now we are at 3 wks after initial visit. UNACCEPTABLE! There was nobody covering for this doctor and I had a receptionist calling in medications for me. I have since had more labwork done and am now on day 3 or no return call with results although I was told they would be back 5 days ago. Besides this poor treatment, I would never see Dr. Ramos again. She is a monster who has no compassion and speaks to adults like they are children who are uneducated and dumb. I am a RN and very familiar with different personalities of physicans-she takes the cake of a horrible person. She should try being sick sometime and then be taken care of by someone like her!

Dr Elizabeth Ramos was the most horrible doctor I have ever met in my life. She was so insensitive, arrogant, and to my opinion very unprofessional. She didn't give me the chance to talk, all she wanted me to do was answer her questions either YES or NO, and that's it. When she started asking about my family history, she asked about if there's anyone diabetic in my family, so I said, my brother.. She started raising her voice and said "is it a yes or no?". Goodness! I felt like I was being yelled at by a teacher.

Then when I was telling her that I feel like there's a lump in my throat, she drastically said there's nothing she could do about it, I should have seen an ENT.

This doctor should not be in practice. I believe doctors should have passion in their profession. So please, if you want to be well, don't go to her office.

Dr. Ramos shouldn't be in the field of medicine. I on behalf of my ill father on a weekend and left a msg with their calling service, I did not state it was an emergency. When Dr. Ramos called back, she not only started the call rudely, she asked me to please stop wasting her time. She was condescending and spoke to me as if I were a child. I apologized and stated I did not state it was an emergency but instead wanted to know if she could call in the prescription to my father's pharmacy. She went on to tell me she left a voicemail she can only be reached during working hours and why I was calling her? Aside from this, I was getting over the flu, had an ear infection and all she said was "hello hello HELLO, can you hear me, why don't you answer me when I speak to you?" Is that the attitude of a "professional" in the medical field? I did not know calling in for her patient's prescription for a serious infection was a "waste of time". She will never be referred by me or my father and what an embarrassment to our latino community.

I was looking for a new primary physician and I called Elizabeth Ramos' office to make an appointment and had some questions. The receptionist was so rude I didn't even bother making the appointment. You'd think a doctor's office would be more welcoming of a new patient but not this place. If the receptionist is like that and can get away with that, I don't expect the doctor's attitude to be any better.
