The Billing department is totally unorganized. Statements from my insurance state that they paid in full, along with my co-pay I paid upfront. However, they turned the invoice over to a collections agency. After I found and sent them the information stating that the invoice was paid in full. The facilities are a dungeon, dark and dirty and there is no organization between departments. I will travel for an hour to go see a doctor before I go there again....

Unfortunately I have recently been a aptient at CHC several times in various departments. I will start off by saying the staff in the Radiology department was very professional and friendly, however, the results from my mammogram didnt' even mention which breast showed abnormalities, where they were located or what size. I havent' seen the report from the ultrasound even though I paid $300 for it and have received what was supposed to be a complete copy of my medical records. Apparently the billing is seperate, each department or doctor handles their own charges. I had to visit 2 doctors in 1 day and have lab and x-rays done and each department wanted me to pay them in full---I have no insurance. One rep did try to work out a payment plan based on what I presently owed, but I have been back several times and have to continously go back to revise the payment plan, then only to be told that my most of my upcoming surgery fee has to be paid before the Doc will preform the surgery (after I was told I could make payments on it) As you can see I'm extremely distressed over this. I will change doctors and clinics as soon as possible. Oh, did I mention how unprofessional the receptionist were in my Dr office? Private conversations behind the desk using unacceptable language. ..............OK I'm done.for now

I don't use the Clark Holder Clinic anymore because of their billing department. After being a patient there for several years, I kept being billed for a service I had already paid for. They refuse to remove the amount from my account. I did like my Dr there, but will not go back.
