I was suffering from neck and low back pain for a long time before going in to see this chiropractor. After I set up a treatment plan (which was pretty simple) and started my treatment I started to feel so much better. The staff and Dr.Granger were very friendly and always accommodating. All I had to do was tell them which adjustments I liked and which ones I disliked and they always found ways to make my treatment for me personally. The massage therapy was also a huge help with my neck and low back pain. After my chiropractic treatment was finished I continued to get massages. I've recommended this office to everyone I know experiencing pain. I hope this review was helpful to anyone looking for a good chiropractor on the east side

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. A medical assistant/receptionist was the one to explain my Xray results and findings instead of the doctor. She told me based on the Xrays the doctor recommended 30 visits. She then told me that it would cost around $1100 and that a payment plan was available if I could not pay up front. I told her why would I do that when my Insurance would cover for 20 visits and pay for the co-payment up to $750. I have a health savings fund which she did not even bother to check before trying to sell me for 30 visits. I also told her that since the year was almost up in 4 months, I would have another 20 visits starting on the next calender year. I believe this practice wanted me to sign up for all 30 visits regardless of my siutation and wanted to collect from me despite what my insurance would cover. It seems to be standard practice for every pt that walks through to be sold a package. I find this troubling because I have since gone to another Chiropracter who I see on a as needed basis. He tells me that I currenlty only need to come in around once a month and if I feel I need to come in more often it is up to me. I find this to be more appropriate. Buyer beware. You may be pushed to agree to more treatments than you acutually need. On top of this I find this doctor to be average at best at what he does. He seems to excel more in theory and how to maximize his profits.

In an emergency after a fall & hurting my lower back, I went to him. Although my PCP would not refer me to any chiropractors, I needed this help to pop me back into shape. His receptionist, and wife/medical biller were very welcoming & comforting. Dr Granger was very personable, listened, explained his actions & goals, and did help- although not without some rough handling. I came out with some bruising but I was walking up right- so I was thankful. My mom referred me to him. She loves him. Me? - I thought he was physically too rough- but maybe that's what was needed for that condition- I'd never been in that condition before. My former (only former b/c I moved away) was gentler.
