Doctor is very knowledgeable, explains what is wrong in a way that a non-medical person can understand. She takes the time to explain what she's going to do and why. Staff is friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. I'd recommend this office highly.

Dr. Youshock has a very cold approach and does not convey a caring persona with patients. I thought I could overlook this as I was seeking treatment for a skin disease that Dr. Youshock diagnosed through a biopsy. Shockingly, the doctor decided to discharge me as a patient because I had to reschedule a third appointment over the course of 5 years as a patient; this discharge was very rudely conveyed to me through a letter. She would not speak with me, nor would she give me my patient records as requested, and perhaps least ethical of all, she refused to refer me to the University of Michigan hospital following my discharge, because, as her office assistant conveyed to me, she didn't want to appear to need assistance with a diagnosis. I would not recommend this doctor on any account.
