After almost 4 months of seeing Dr. Moore she still was unable to provide me with contacts that worked. I finally had to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else (and received the perfect contact prescription). Dr. Moore's staff told me that there was no way to get my brand of contacts with waiting...not true. The other place had tons of that brand and never had to order trials for me. Dr. Moore might be okay with glasses prescription, I don't know, but she does not know contacts. Also, I realized that they don't sanitize anything in that office...gross.

I started seeing Dr Moore about 7 years ago. In the first several years, I received really good care and great service by the staff. In the last couple years, the service has gotten quite bad. They have made mistakes on my orders or billing nearly everytime I have needed something in the last two years. The Dr is still quite good, but I am changing doctors because of how bad the service has become. Last time I went in, I thought that the office itself was looking a little dirty. This confirmed my sense that there has been a steady drop in the level of service Dr. Moore is able to offer.
