Dr" Fallon is the WORST "Dr" I have ever met! I took my 3 year old son to Patient First on Belair Rd an hour after they opened for a worsening ear infection which he had been on Amoxi for for 5 days. The wait was not that bad but "Dr" Fallon came in smelling like body odor (disgusting), his clothes were wrinkled, his pants were ripped and he didn't even introduce himself. Just looked at my son and said "oh yeah I see his ear, it's common for that to happen and he's only been on antibiotics for 5 days". This was before he even touched my son or talked to me he had already made his opinion and never asked me about his history of infections. He looked at the affected ear w/ the otoscope, he did not look at the other ear or at his throat or listen to his heart or lungs. He said he didn't think he needed a different antibiotic, just to finish the 10 day course and "see what happens". I was amazed he didn't care that my son was in pain and there was green discharge running from his ear. Any other doctor would have said "oh it's worsening...well obviously the Amoxi isn't working let's switch to something else". I was going to ask for another doctors opinion but I just didn't trust I would get a non-biased one there. I ended up taking my son to Medstar After Hours in White Marsh and not only did the doctor give him a thourough exam he switched his antibiotics and took a culture of the discharge coming from his ear. "Dr" Fallon not only disgusted me in appearance and odor but also in his medical skill and bedside manor. I'm not saying to not go to this location, but I would not take my chances of getting this "Dr." again so I will go elsewhere.
