My doctor referred me to KPT for treatment of my elbow and hand and I went to the office at the MAC gym since it was much more convenient for me, coming from Dutchess County. I was a little worried at first, since I had been to their Kingston Plaza office and knew that the MAC office was much smaller. I found out right away at my first visit, that the KPT office at MAC is fully equipped and there was no reason for me to be worried about not receiving the same quality of treatment as I would have received at the Kingston Plaza office. (I know a lot of people who speak very highly of KPT, but they had all been to the office in the Kingston Plaza.) I was impressed by how knowledgeable the staff was, and how professional everyone was. I received treatment for my symptoms and felt better after every visit. The therapist answered all my questions and gave me exercises I could do at home to help manage the problem, and my arm really has improved as a result. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend KPT - at any of their offices - to anyone who asks me about PT.

They were very thorough in evaluating my condition with pinpoint accuracy, developing a treatment tailored to my needs and helping me to recover quickly from my injury. My experience was extremely positive from the office staff to the very skilled therapist. I highly recommend Kingston Physical Therapy to anyone who wants quality rehabilitation with a smile.

Pros: Excellent Parking

As my doctor recommended, I visited the Kingston Plaza office for a month. That time, I was so happy because my therapists were so professional, friendly and confident. When my first term session was ended, I decided to continue the therapy further more at same office. One day, I made a phone call for new appointment, at that time a receptionist was extremely rude and offensive manner to me. There was the reason that probably mede her frustrated at first because the phone connection was not clear between us, as a result, she hang up on me. When I called again, she picked up the phone again, and started showing her frustration to me as if I was tesing her. She said ,'what do you want?" I said, "I just want to make an appointment. Sorry, my phone connection was not clear before". Even I was trying to nice to her, her anger( I still do not know why she got so upset that much) was never ended. Finally, I told how I felt and disgusted by her rude attitude, and ask her name. Then she just hang up on me again. There is no appointment and I never go back to the same office again.
