.

Well this procedure took the doctor two days. I came in on June 8th and he spoke to me about what he was going to do. The office said I had to come back on June 10 to have the procedure done. I asked why? They said It was big equipment and we only do the procedures on certain days. I have a heart condition and the tech was about to give me some medication with epi in it. I stated that I had SVT and if they just had lidocaine it would be better. The nurse continued to argue and state that all her heart patient's have recieved the medication and they are fine. I stated I wanted to speak to the doctor. I could see they were angry with me for not submitting and possibly delaying their schedule. But this was important. When the nurse left to get the doctor I sat and waited. I got my phone out and started talking to a family member. my dad who is hard of hearing I put on speaker while I spoke to him. The doctor walked in and said: WHY ARE YOU MAKING SUCH A BIG DEAL OUT OF THIS? My father that heard this yelled back: IT IS A BIG DEAL! I'TS HER HEART! Finally we resolved the issue. and the doctor made a comment to me. I read my medical record: He considers me to be high anxiety. Well if asking questions, and stopping someone from giving them the wrong medication is high anxiety. Thank God I have Anxiety
