Dr. Victor G. Guevara's name is on my bill as "Provider". Yes, he gave me good prescription and glasses, but the problem was with the Manager, Mr. Richard Jones, manager of all three stores in Southern Maryland. When the right temple broke on my glasses as I was taking them off one night, Bayshore Eyecare, 22741 Three Notch Road, California, MD, 20619, "Mary" and Manager, "Mr. Jones, Prince Frederick, MD, (410-535-0702) would not and did not ever proceed to honor their one-year guarantee on the frames/temple. {Again, I emphasize the fact that Dr. Guevara had nothing to do with my communications regarding Bayshore Eyecare's guarantee on their glasses.} I gave "Mary" and "Mr. Jones, Manager" all the information to absolutely prove without a doubt that my frames came from their store at California. But "Mary" insisted that I had to have gotten them somewhere else because they did not even use that provider for frames. She eventually refused all together to honor my honest and very, very positive truthful evidence of having got my frames from their store. My new store even popped my former Bayshore lenses into my current frames right in front of my eyes!! to show me how they fitted.

I'm now reporting them and hope to receive all the monies that were required to get a completely new pair of glasses, because the new merchant that I eventually had to go to said that they could not match my lenses to the frames that were broken; and the new merchant store actually guarantees frames from all merchants' guarantees.

This was a really bad experience for me. I worked with both "Mary" and "Mr. Richard Jones", Manager of all Bayshore Eyecare Stores in the Southern Maryland area (California, Prince Frederick, and I believe Charlotte Hall, MD) "Mr. Richard Jones" actually took the phone off the FAX machine so that it was busy all day, for at least one whole day--after I had talked with him and sent him the evidence that I had given "Mary", Bayshore Eyecare in California--a store he also manages per "Mary's" information.

After about a month of this back-and-forth "stuff" and their absolute refusal to honor their one year guarantee of the complete pair of glasses for that matter, though I only needed the right temple, I went to a different store and received excellent care and have received excellent care since!

I certainly hope the people reading this review will believe me much, much moreso than "Mary" and "Mr. Richard Jones, Manager" did! Because I don't have to lie; my security is in Jesus Christ!
