Dr. Felman was very nice and knowledgeable, HOWEVER, The lady in charge of the office is the rudest person I have ever encountered in a Dr.'s office. A letter was sent a few weeks ago to Dr. Felman to make him aware of her behavior and either she intercepted it or he really didn't care enough to keep the patient because he never contacted us. She was angry that our precert company offered to help move along the approval of an MRI so that my husband could return to work. She claimed it took 2 to 3 days for MRI approval with my insurance company. The truth was it would take her 2 to 3 days to get to my husband's chart. He got the MRI that day and when he called to get an appointment she berated him on the phone and refused to give him an appointment until Friday even though the results would be in Dr. F's office by Wed. When I called her to ask why she was so annoyed at my husband she berated me and ended up hanging up in my face claiming that I was yelling at her and she wasn't going to take that "abuse!" Meanwhile she was the one dishing on the verbal assault. When I read the review on here about the TV, I would have to believe it was her and she was never let go because there is no way Dr. Feldman, who seemed so nice, could hire two such nasty people. I feel the only way that woman could still work there is if she is a relative. We ended up finding a new and wonderful Ortho who gave him an appointment immediately, went over the results and got him right into PT so he could return to work on Monday.

I found Dr. Feldman to be concerned, caring and very professional. In response to comments made regarding rude behavior by a staff member, I agree that my observation was that of the two woman in the office, one was quite helpful and accommodating, while the other was curt, rude and impatient. His practice should not be judged by inefficient help, rather report the displeasure to the doctor and allow him to handle his staff which obviously he already has. Please reconsider the decision to not return with your family.to this caring skilled physician who certainly deserves another chance based on His Expertise in his chosen field of medicine.

Dr. Hal Feldman came highly recommended by a good friend of mine. I found Dr. Feldman be very caring, attentive, and patient.I felt very comfortable right from the start. He suspected that I may have a meniscal tear which did show up in MRI . Dr. Feldman repaired it with great success! Whenever I mention to anyone that I had seen Dr. Feldman, there is always a positive response.
In addition, I must respond to the comment I read from the guy about the television...if that's how you judge the expertise of the doctor, then you are truly misguided!!

Dr Feldmans office people were extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. When she asked the office girl to change the TV station in the waiting room because the topic [child abuse] was inappropriate for my ten year old son, she was rudely told no and told to wait outside in the hallway if she did not like it.
We will not be returning for our follow up meting on Monday

Business Response:

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and I agree the behavior is unacceptable. The staff is trained to be respectful and accommodating to our patient's needs. The staff member you referenced has been terminated.

I had to change my childrens Dr's after 8 years.Looked around and interviewd a few and decided on this practice. They were very accomadating when I had an emergency with my son took him in within 2 hours. The office is very clean 2 seperate rooms for waiting paitents sick and check ups. Very friendly and knowelegble staff. They take a vast amount of insurances have late evening hours nurse practioner on staff also. Short wait times. They are close by and affiliated with local hospital. I have no hesitation in recommending them after using them for the last few months for my 4 children

PROS: late and weekend hours
CONS: only 2 dr's and nurse practioner

We are an Orthpaedic Surgery office. I believe this comment was directed toward your Pediatrian's office.
