I perceive him as a greedy, uncaring SOB, only interested in getting paid. Though my insurance company had agreed to pay him, a member of his staff, moments before my appointment attempted to extort $250 from me, which I refused to pay. His exam was like a deposition, and never once gave me any helpful solutions to my medical condition. I wouldn't refer anyone to this SOB.

I was referred to this office for a Workman's comp claim. I arrived at my appointment and the receptionist stated they hadn't gotten the check from workman's comp so I was told I could not be seen until payment was received. I called workman's comp and they spoke to the receptionist, but she said the office would not take a fax from Work comp of the check to verify that it had been sent by courier to them. In frustration, I even offered to pay for the office visit myself and have work comp reimburse me but she even refused that option. I was told I'd have to come back after they were paid, and suddenly, I felt like a second class citizen not worthy to even be in that office. I returned a few days later to the 2nd appointment and ended up having to wait over 1.5 hours to see the Doctor. During that time I was even asked to step out of the reception office so she could help another patient fill out some paperwork. When I had asked questions about my paperwork I was told to just do the best I could. Out of frustration, I finally asked how much longer it might be and why I was still sitting there after I observed other patients that had arrived after me, been seen, and then left before I was seen, when suddenly they called me in, surprise, surprise. I'm glad this was only a second opinion and not my primary care for my injury. It took over a week of phone calls just to get the report faxed to workman's comp, and even then it wasn't complete. On the Pro side, Dr. Bonnette and his P.A. were very courteous and professional, I just don't think he knows how his front office staff treats his patients. I would never recommend this office to anyone unless they enjoy that kind of treatment.

PROS: Dr. Bonnette was very courtious and professional
CONS: The way the front office staff treats patients

Very disappointed with the care given at this office. Treated more like a dollar amount than a patient. Did not feel like my best interest was important.
