.

I was really enjoying being a patient with this practice- I had great conversations with the doctor, I was treated with respect and had a great colonoscopy...HOWEVER I had to jump ship when one of the office managers started giving me a lot of attitude. This one man completely destroyed the practice in my eyes, and while I would try to speak to ANYONE else when I would call he would refuse like a small bratty child. Everything snowballed downhill from there, as I started receiving bills for procedures I never had and procedures I did have but that had already been covered by my insurance. It was virtually impossible to contact my doctor without making an appointment, which I refuse to do to get an answer to a one-minute question that any other doctor would be kind enough to address over the phone. When I finally did get to speak to the doctor to address my concerns I was basically told to screw off. So I wrote an 18 page letter of complaint to my insurance company, only after having to call them several times to straighten out the wonky billing (which they themselves had contact EUS Imaging about, but to no avail).
While i was very sad to have to walk away from this practice, I'm afraid I can't recommend it to anyone. Bed side manner is very important, and if you can't deal with people you shouldn't work for a doctor's office.

Pros: Well educated doctor, one really sweet office manager

Cons: one horrendous office manager with no tact or people-skills, innacurate billing
