I had a lot of back pains for years. Sometimes I could not move. Since I started seeing Dr. Hernandez she found out the problem and she began to work on it. My right leg was 1/2" shorter than the left leg. I was wearing a 1/2" lift on my right shoe. Since visiting Dr. Hernandez my legs became normal and I no longer have any back pain. Dr. Hernandez demonstrates tremendous experience in her profession. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a chiropractor. After a few months of therapy and treatment - I am now almost perfect. Today my both legs are normal and I feel great. She spends quality time in doing her examination very often to observe your improvements and she makes the necessary changes immediately giving you the best results at the fastest time. DR. Hernandez is GREAT! AND YOU WILL FEEL GREAT AND WILL HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE...

I have been having severe back pain for well over a week. On Thursday, I went to the Dr. at MedExpress, who spent all of 5 minutes with me, took some xrays, claimed she didn't see anything, and told me I had to have an MRI and she was sending me to a Neurologist. Now, an MRI costs a minimum of $1,000 and the Neuro Dr. a minimum of $450 to walk in the door. I don't have insurance and definitely not that kind of dough. So, I've have success with chiropractors back in NJ and decided to give it a shot here.

Initially, I found the staff at Groves Chiropractic to be pleasant and seemed to care. And, granted, in a month, my pain was almost gone, but then the Dr. started being pushy, telling me how I had to come for at least another 8-12 weeks and then I could go on some sort of maintenance. Then she asked that my other 1/2 come in so she could discuss how to keep me healthy...I thought she wanted to talk about me with him, but it ended up being some kind of sales seminar where she had 6 other people there and all she did was talk about how chiropractic care could basically solve every problem in your life, or at least that what she seemed to be pushing.

So, I couldn't afford $150 a week and I stopped going. I don't have any insurance and she knew that, but it didn't seem to phase her. I stopped going and a week later, her secretary calls and tells me to call her back to schedule my future appointments. I didn't call back and then today (12/5) I get a message from her secretary, calling to remind me that I had an appt tomorrow! I never made an appt, so they went ahead and made one for me, how underhanded is that!?!?!

I will never recommend them now, even if she did help my pain go away and I will never go back there again.
