.

I entered the building and introduced myself to the Receptionist. I waited 30 minutes in the first waiting room until I went up to the front desk to say that I was still waiting. One of the Receptionists then moved me into another waiting room for 40 minutes before a Doctor's Assistant took me an examination room. I was then examined by the Assistant and the Doctor. By the time they dilated my pupils it was another 30 minutes and they told me to wait in the waiting room again because there were not enough examination rooms. The Doctors' bed side maner greatly needs improvement and they need to learn how to work with human beings rather than cadavors. The two receptionists need to learn something about customer service because they didn't even know whether I had seen a Doctor or not in all the time I had been there. I then had had enough of the waiting and told the one of the Receptionists that I was leaving. Two days later they called to remind me of an appointment that I had never set up. If you're working with the public I would think it is part of your job to offer some customer service instead of customer dis-service.
