I've been reading so many bad reviews about Dr. Romero. I do not agree with any of these bad reviews. When I sign in at the desk, I never wait more then ten minutes to see the doctor. The nurses are the nicest nurses I've met. They are so friendly towards me and show they care and share concern for things I have concerns about. When I see either Dr. Romero or the nurse practioner, Debbie, they both spend all the time I could ask for. They both sit down and ask how I'm doing and explain a few things for each upcoming appointment. Then they ask if I have any questions and they sit patiently while I explain any concerns I may have. They give me appropriate answers to both mine, and my boyfriend's concerns. We love this doctor and I will definetly continue using her services after my baby is born.

If you do not want to know about your pregnancy, want only the care - go to Dr.Romero. She does not talk, does not spend time on your problems. On your visit, she will go through the report while walking into room; asks you do you have any questions while signing the report; opens the door without waiting for you to talk. You should start talking immediately otherwise she will leave the room! This is what happened during my three visits. Now I made a wise decision-changing my doctor. I seriously dont understand what is going on. Is she doing free service? come on, I am paying heavy bill on you but you dont have time to stop by to explain what is going on in my big belly???!!! Dont bother to ask how am I doing??!! Doesnt matter how knowledge you are but know the meaning of "caring" as a physician. Just asking "do you have any questions" feels like talking to a walmart staff.

Dr. Romero was an OK doctor while I was going to her for my well woman visits but once I got pregnant, my experiences in her office went from decent to unsatisfactory very quickly. Neither Dr. Romero nor her nurse practitioner, Debbie, were very willing to answer my questions or to spend more time with me than they wanted. The nurses were very cold and didn't even look at me while they were in the room asking me personal questions. The final straw though was the ultrasound technician who didn't even tell us when we were looking at our baby for the first time and got mad at us for asking questions about the ultrasound.
Lastly, when I tried to get my records sent to another doctor, Dr. Romero's office wanted to charge me $35 dollars which is NOT considered a reasonable fee for documents according to the Texas Medical Board. (The fee should have been about $25.)
I would not recommend Dr. Romero to anyone! I had a very bad experience with her and her staff.

Against my better judgement, I decided to give this practice one more try. Dr. Romero had delivered my two children, but with each experience, I vowed I would find another doctor. Two years have passed since my last annual exam, and with that much time, I decided to give Debbie a try. I had a 10am appointment, which I showed up 7 minutes early for. At 10:18, after not being called, given paperwork to fill out, or even acknowledged, i asked the front desk clerk how much longer it would be. She said they were running a little bit behind. I asked her how much longer it would be. She couldn't say. I asked her if it would be longer than 10 minutes and she said it would. She said she would try to get my paperwork together quickly. I complained that I had set my appt up with Debbie the nurse because I believed that since she would not be called in to deliver babies or perform C-sections, i had a better chance of being seen close to my appointment time. The clerk then told me that there was no one else ahead of me that Debbie was to see, and that it wouldn't be long now. I took the two papers she asked me to look over/correct and waited another 20 minutes. At 10:38, with no more information given to me, I got up and walked out. I cannot understand how this practice can be running almost 40 minutes behind at 10 am in the morning! How far behind can they get? I did notice that this practice is now advertising Latisse, laser hair removal and skin rejuvination services. If Dr. Romero's office thinks that it is okay to diversify its services while dismissing the need to protect their core business, they are sadly mistaken. I will never recommend this practice to anyone. Beware.

Dr Romero is a very good , Professional doctor , I have read many review's on her and feel that most are unfair and probably lead by hormones since most of her patients are pregnant and emotional to begin with.
I will say that unless you ask her a question she dosent spend alot of time explaining things to you, But if you take the initiative to ask she deftinatley takes the time to answer your questions . She is one the most experienced in the area and I wouldnt have trusted anyone else to perform my Surgery (LVH) .
Her office staff leaves a little to be desired , My daughter went in and was so upset by them that she swore she would never go back ... Because of a small insurance issue (after she was a client for 3 years) . That is an awful thing where your practice is losing clients because your staff has no communication skills .
I hope that my daughter will choose Dr Romero if she has a emergency but I pray she dosent get put on hold and disconnected before she can make the appointment

I Have been a patient of Dr. Romero's for 5 years. She did not deliver any of my children only because I was not aware of her 10 years ago. However she is my Gyn doc. Love Her! I have had a few issues over the years and I could get in with or without a appointment fairly quickly. I agree, She is not talk a whole lot but I don't come there to have a conversation with her, just to get my issue taken care of and my questions answers. I come to find out if you just ask... She will answer. It takes two to have that meaningful conversation. She is a very busy doctor that is understandable, I guess she is like that for some reason... Kinda of makes you say uhmmm. I would tell all about her that need a good OB/GYN. you find a perfect doctor out there let me know.
If there is no wait in the office, you might want to second guess how good is that doctor. If the doctor has time to sit and talk about your family tree, that would make me wonder do the doc has anything else to do???
Dr.Romero take this as a thumb up. Your a GREAT DOC! you can not please everyone all the time. Yes you have the MD behind your name and that is your main purpose is to make your patients happy... However your 1st job is our well being and I give you a 5 star in that area. Keep up the Good work!

Dr. Romero never spent more than 5 minutes with me during my monthly visits while I was pregnant with my first child. I had friends tell me that their doctors were so nice and talked to them about what was going on during their pregnancy. I guess I was expecting too much because Dr. Romero would come in, put on her gloves, & asked if I had any questions. That was it! When I had a rash sort of thing on my leg, I asked her about it and she said she didn't know what it was, and she didn't seem to care. She just wrote a prescription (that didn't help) and never asked about it again. Oh and since the people who work in her office easily overlook things, they failed to tell me that my insurance didn't cover me for maternity (I'm a dependent). I had to go thru the trouble of getting emergency medicaid, waiting in the long lines at that office, and now my credit has been affected due to the lateness of my bill payments when I delivered. I don't know how or why they let me keep going for care when I wasn't covered. Oh and to top that off, she doesn't accept Medicaid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!!!

******DO NOT GO TO DR. ROMERO****** I had my first visit with her in Nov 05 when I found out I was pregnant. I had a miscarriage in Dec 05 and she recommended a d&c which was fine. Since then, I have been every year for my well woman and a "pre-conception" visit. I was told it was ok to try to concieve.... over 3 years later and my husband and I still dont have any kids. I've gone in to see her about 4 times to try to figure out what is wrong... she never did any test just pushed meds... CLOMID to be exact and it did not work. I went in after i took the clomid and nothing... she told me "its just not ment to be right now". I scheduled an appointment with another dr and made it clear to her that I was not happy and that I would put negative reviews anywhere possible.

Pros: NICE OFFICE STAFF, NICE OFFICE

Cons: HORRIBLE DR, VERY RUDE, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS

Went for some biopsies and the NP (Debbie) barely took the time to explain anything to me. AND, when I tried to slow her down and get her to explain things to me, she looked at me like I was wasting her time!!! HER TIME?!?!?! Excuse me??!! I'M THE ONE PAYING YOU to test me to see if I have cancer and you wanna treat me like I'm wasting your time? Oh Debbie, have you no sympathy for sick people???? I'm sure you guys make plenty of money off of us sick people, so try acting thankful that we take up your time. Word up people who work at Dr. Romero's office: sick people need to be treated with compassion, not like they're taking up YOUR time!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will make sure to tell anyone who ever asks to NOT go to you. A year later, I need another test, so I try to call and get an appointment (only because it's close to my house and I don't want to risk paying another $150 "new patient" fee) and the receptionist wouldn't even accept my test results from my G/P. WTH???? These people are incompetent and a waste of time. They are no good. The administrative staff in incompetent and the NP is as cold as ice and won't bother to inform you of anything important. Just make sure you pay them for NOTHING.

Dr. Romero was recommended to me by a friend, and she was my doctor for my first child. I had such a terrible experience with her, there is absolutely no way I would go back to her, and I would NOT recommend her to a new patient. To give her office some credit, it was always very clean, and the nurses and tech were always very nice. Thats about it though. The woman who handled the accounts never got my billing right. They ended up owing me because I had been overcharged, but I eventually gave up trying to get reimbursed because it was such a hassle. Dr. Romero has terrible bedside manners. She was always very short with me, and never explained anything unless stopped her as she was rushing out of the door to ask her a question. She always seemed put off, like I was inconveniencing her. When I delivered, she showed up and was pretty harsh with me in terms of 'encouraging me' to deliver. She gave me a completely unecessary third degree episiotomy. I ended up having to go back to her office 4 times over the next 3 months to get re-stitched because i wasn't healing correctly. I cried every time i left her office, she was just terrible. I had to stop her to ask her what she was doing every time I was there. If i didnt ask, i would have no idea what she was doing to me. I ended up having to go to a specialist and get surgery to 'repair' myself from the episiotomy she had given me. She delivered my first child, and there is no way i would ever recommend her, to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.....

I previously rated Dr Romero (see below) as very good when I was pregnant with my second child and I have now had that baby (almost a year ago). Dr Romero delivered the baby and was wonderful. I had complications with the baby coming too fast and his heart rate dropping quickly. Dr Romero was in the delivery room moments after she was paged. She did get on to me for not pushing hard enough, but she only did that because she was trying to save my baby. Everything turned out fine and she was so nice and told me how gorgeous he was. I am not sure that things would have been the same if Dr Romero weren't there to do what had to be done to help me and the baby. She is a good doctor!!

My wife's first prenatal visit took a long time (as it is supposed to be) and went very well. The doctor did not see her on that day though, but the head nurse practitioner and two other professionals took care of the ultra sound and other regular tests. The head nurse practitioner was really sweet. She was patient, explained everything carefully. Made sure that my wife understands each and every thing (as I had to translate most of the conversation to her). Answered all the questions. The rest of the staff, I should say, are very efficient. They do things quickly and accurately (from our experience).

When it comes to the doctor, I really did not see any rudeness on her part as mentioned in some of the reviews here. Yes, she doesn't speak much. But I would put it as "she doesn't speak unnecessary stuff". And she is not rude at all. We would rather prefer an efficient doctor than a sweet speaker.

Unfortunately my wife had a natural miscarriage and the doctor herself performed the abortion. Everything went well.

Only trouble you may find is "long waiting". yes the doctor's office is quite busy.

Went to Dr. Romero just to give them my insurance info so they can make money. In other words, made appointment with Doc so i can tell her about the problem i'm having (hot fls) at an early age. First, nobody knew why i had come ? Why was i there? Where are my paps test results from last yr? No one told me anything to bring . Had i known , i would 've had my test results faxed over from previous doc. Anyway, doc didn't even speak to me for 2 mins and she was out the door. What about my prob? I was so disappointed. I'm changing my doctor.

I was very unhappy with Dr. Romero. I've never walked out of a papsmear visit crying because she hurt me. I felt like she didn't care. Not to mention...I never met Dr. Romero only her NP. I am pregnant with my 5Th child and I was told I shouldn't have anymore because it's to costly and my husband and I live well. We can afford our children and I was not happy with her input! Not only that she took blood test that I didn't authorize and now she will not take care of it. So I owe hundreds of dollars because of her mistake! Please find another doctor. There are better ones!

I have been going to Dr. Romero's office for routine well woman check ups for about 5 years. During these well woman check-ups I have discussed other gyn issue with her..well actually her NP.. I have only seen her once. To my surprise this year when I went for my annual well woman exam I was given a form to sign stating that I understood that I was only there for my well woman exam and any other issues I wished to discuss would require an additional office visit!! That was the most ridiculous thing I had ever seen. So...during my exam I did not ask any questions or attempt to discuss anything. However I was informed by Debbie, NP, about the new skin care their office is now offering. She literally discussed the skin care services longer than my well-woman issues. When I went to go pay for my visit ALL of the ladies in the front (there were 4 or 5) spoke Spanish only. They were having a full blown conversation in Spanish while I stood there waiting for someone to take my money. Although Dr. Romero's office is nice and clean I will never return after the treatment I received from the crazy form I was given to sign till the end of the office visit when I could not get any to speak English to me until I spoke to them first. I really don't see how Dr. Romero has the business she has with all this negative feedback. FYI: This is the first time I have ever posted on a doctor or ever given a review for services.

I'm sad to say I'll be changing doctors after giving Dr. Romero and her staff multiple opportunities to change my mind. And I can assure you this negative review is not because I went into this with high expectations only to be let down.

The things I like: Dr. Romero's office is very nice and clean. Most of her staff is very friendly and, for the most part, her nurse practitioner is all you will need to see. I love, love, love the fact that she had a lab tech in her office so I didn't have to go to a general testing clinic to get blood work done while I was pregnant.

What I didn't like: Dr. Romero's bedside manner leaves everything to be desired. There is a DISTINCT difference in the way she treats pregnant women versus routine patients. Of course my judgement is based on only having seen her about three times out of the last 15 visits. Even during my pregnancy, actually both pregnancies since I had a miscarriage, she saw me herself maybe once. I also had a D&C done after my miscarriage and ended up back in the emergency room less than a week later because I was bleeding heavily. That issue is not a testament to her poor performance but rather to her offices poor ability to deliver information. The symptoms I was having were not unusual but no one told me what to expect.

The last straw was my most recent appointment. I had been having a recurring problem and all research I did indicated that I needed to seek medical help instead of trying to use OTC medications. And it is an issue tied to other problems I am having. I was bluntly told when I went in that the nurse's schedule was too busy to take the time to discuss my concerns and I needed to make another appointment. So they "fixed" the immediate problem but were unwilling to address the greater issue.

I was so mad, I cried. And there's no point in threatening to never come back because they clearly have more patients than they can handle. I would just like to find a doctor that is willing to listen to my concerns and not treat me like an insurance claim. Seriously, it's not like they don't make any money.

I have been going to Dr. Romero since 2000, through 2 children. She does care about the amount of weight you put on, because she wants the mother and the baby to be healthy during pregnancy. She hounded me with my first to gain more weight. because she thought i needed to gain 5 more pounds! She is an outstanding Person and Doctor!

Dr.Romero and Willowbrook Hospital were truly the best choice for the delivery of my son. I couldn't be more pleased how the nurses made me feel at ease and comfortable from the moment I went into labor to my discharge home.

I have been a patient of Dr. Romero's since 1998 when I was pregnant with my first son. While she did not do all of my appointments, she did a lot of them. She has delivered both of my children and I was very happy with her care. My first son was an emergency C-section and she waited until absolutely necessary to do the C-section. My second child was a scheduled C-section, which she recommended. This is a recommended procedure because any time you attempt to deliver naturally after a c-section you are at high risk of uterine rupture. This puts your life and the babies uneccesarily at risk. She is looking after our best interest. When she delivered my second child, she had actually thrown her back out the night before and she was in severe pain. She still performed the surgery and there were no complications. Her bedside manner has always been wonderful. She may not hold my hand but I am a grown woman. I don't need her to do that. She has been supportive and professional and her office has become very busy because of that. As far as the wieght gain issue, I gained 56 pounds with my first pregnancy and 47 with my second. She also got onto me for the weight gain. I am sorry everyone else is so sensitive about her getting onto them about their weight. Truth is, everything is so much harder on our bodies when we are overweight. When you are pregnant, you are putting yourself at risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and sepsis. When she is getting onto you about your weight, it is because she is trying to make you aware of the dangers and the risks. She told me to eat better, not less. Instead of inhaling every craving I had, I needed to eat more fruit and vegetables.
She has been a very trusted Dr. for me and I appreciate Dr. Romero and her staff.

I have had one child with Dr Romero and am pregnant with my second. I can say that Dr Romero is often very matter of fact and may not come off as very caring. There were however, many reasons I stayed with her as my Ob/Gyn. I love her nurse practitioner, love the sonographer, office staff and nurses. They all remembered me over two years later. Please just remember Dr Romero is the only doctor in her practice and is very busy. She was very kind and caring to us on the day of my first child's delivery. She is a very good doctor and very competent.

Dr. Romero delivered both of my daughters and I must say that she is quite competent. If you are wanting someone who will hold your hand and listen to all of your pregnancy stories, then choose a different doctor. I just wanted someone who was experienced and competent. And, I believe she is. After both of my children were born, she turned and told me how beautiful they were, and sounded truly sincere. I was overweight before getting pregnant both times and no comments were made besides how much should be gained during the pregnancy...normal stuff. Her staff was also very nice and always accommodating. If I have another child, I will definitely be going back to Dr. Romero!

I've been to Dr. Romero's office only once, for a pap test. It has been over three weeks now and I've received no report, no phone call and there is no information on the automated phone reporting system they use to give test results to patients. I've called for results but was transferred to an answering system. I will have to admit, this is not the first physician's office I have been unhappy with. Seems that all they are interested in is getting your money and when you've left their office, you are totally forgotten.

I started seeing Dr Romero about 5 months ago. My husband and I wanted to start trying for a baby. I was told that I shouldn't think about having a baby until I lost weight. I left feeling so horrible about myself. She is very condescending in the way she says things. Well, I did get pregnant. I have been in for 2 check ups, one of which she did. I again was told that I had gained too much weight, and again left feeling horrible, instead of happy about my pregnancy. I had been debating on switching to a more positive doctor, but after reading these other reviews it's a no-brainer!

I'm shock to be reading such negative remarks. Six years ago I was referred by my daughter in law to see Dr.Romero. I was not disappointed in the level of care I recieved. From the moment of making my appointment to the the end when checking out. The entire office staff was pleasantly kind, caring and compassionate to all of their patients consistently. I love my Dr. so much that I even recommended her to all of my friends and other family members. Please take all comments with a grain of salt. She is truly Outstanding! Hope this helps.

The best referrel i recieved from my daughter in law was to see Dr.Romero. I must say i was very pleased with the level of care and concern I recieved from her medical staff. The staff is always very pleasantly polite and kind to their patients. I'm comfortable knowing that my medical care will be handled under the great hands and responsiblities of my physician Julia Romero, M.D.

I had been a patient of Dr.Romero since 1996. I moved away for 2years but when i found out i would be expecting my first child this year. I'm at ease to know that I would be well taken care of by my Dr. and her remarkable staff. I was a bit surprise by all the bad comments left and which is typical. When you have high expectations and feel like you have been let down you want everyone to know. There will always be more unhappy people to write down their comments then the ones that are happy and content patients. Which is the reason for me taking the time to let everyone know that Dr.Romero is a highly recommended Physician especially among the employees of the hospital. And has over 15 ys of experience. She does not deserve to get this bad wrap otherwise I would not have recommended her to all of my family, friends, and co-workers. And Her staff do care above and beyond excellent! Dr.Romero is truly one of the best in the Willowbrook Area. I should know!

I began seeing Dr. Romero since 1996, I was much younger then. But now I'm expecting to have my first child and couldn't be more excited and at ease of my pregnancy knowing that Dr. Romero handling my care. I had moved away from Houston for 2 years but when we moved back, I could not see myself going to another physcian. She has a remarkably pleasant staff who are very efficient in returning my calls to my questions and take the time with me even if its pertaining to my results. Sometimes appointments may be a little of wait to get in to see her but well worth the wait, I promise!

I actually went to Dr Romero per a recomendation and was very dissapointed. I was so excited about my pregnancy and every time when I did see her she was just not very personal. This is a very sensitive time espacially for me having my first. I just felt like she didnt really care, sure I had some questions but the visits took like 10 mins and I was embaresed when I took my husband and he was like 'that was it" When I delivered Dr Norton was on call and gave birth to my Daughter I loved Dr Norton she was very classy and concerned and even admired my baby. Dr. Romero discharged me it took her 2 seconds she came in my room didnt even take a look at my baby and siad ok you can go! WHAT! Im YOUR patient can you be a little more personal or concerned. Im definatly going somewhere else for my second child. Hope this helps anyone.

My son is 5 months old and I regret being treated by Dr. Romero. I saw her a few times and she seemed preoccupied each time. One time her cell phone rang while we were talking and she stopped to answer it. She began to speak in Spanish and left the room for a few minutes. Then she returned and rushed me out. That happened to be the last time I saw her before the birth of my son. A few days before he was born I thought I was leaking amniotic fluid. My husband and I went to the hospital and had an ultrasound. Dr. Romero came into the room but pulled the curtain and spoke to the nurse without even looking at me. She did not say one word to me or my husband. A few days later I delivered my son and was told I had almost no amniotic fluid left. (This is after I was in the Hospital for 6 hours because I felt I was leaking fluid). When I gave birth to my son (6 weeks early), I waited for her to get to the delivery room. She was in there for no more that 20 minutes total. She began to stitch me up a few minutes after the birth. Nurses were trying to take my blood pressure. My new son was in the room and I was trying to get a look at him (lots of things going on)...anyway she became frustrated and told me that I needed to relax because I'm such a "big girl" that she was having trouble with the stitches (I was about 180 pounds). It took all my strength not to lose it at that time. I saw her once more for about 1 minute and she did not have much to say at all. To make matters worse, her office overcharged me and I had to call numerous times to receive my refund. I would not recommend her to anyone. She was very cold and could be downright rude. Not very supportive at all.

Dr Romero is not my wife??s regular ObGyn, but was the on-call doctor for the birth of my third son. After two C-Sections my wife was scheduled for a C-Section with our third son but he had other ideas and at 2:00 AM we found ourselves in Labor and Delivery speaking to a very unconvinced Dr. Romero. She could not have been more complacent regarding my wife??s situation. Needless to say the day following the C-Section my wife complained of some intense pain on her right side and had numerous complications. Three weeks after delivery we have found ourselves back in the hospital with multiple infected abscesses. As for her bedside manners they are laughable at best and to add insult to injury her and her assistant spoke Spanish in the O/R. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Romero for maybe eight years. She doesn't always do my checkups, but she has done them, and I am familiar and comfortable with her PA (I've never had a child, so my care's been strictly routine). When I had abnormal cells, both she and the PA together did the scope procedure and biopsy, and they remind me about six-month follow-ups. She's always been reasonably friendly, but I do usually see the PA. As for the women who are unhappy... I am sorry she let down your expectations for emotional support and understanding. I agree the inattentiveness to charts sounds scary. As for weight gain, well, I never have had a baby, like I said, but I thought 25 pounds was all women are supposed to gain? Anyway, perhaps those of you out there who want a congenial, motherly doctor with exemplary bedside manner, this one is not for you. For those of you who need effective and efficient routine care, this doctor is very good.

I agree with the first two. I did not even see Romero for my initial visit, and when I went into the emergency room for bleeding, the on-call ultrasound technician said that a lot of her patients come in for complications and claim to never even have met her! This is my second child, and with my first doctor, he was there every visit and he delivered my child on- call. I finally met her at my fourth visit, and she did not even come in the doorway....she asked if I had any questions and left.. I would never recommend her to anyone and I refuse to pay her for services not met, I've changed doctors.....needless to say.

That first review makes me feel better. Every time I went to Dr. Romero during my pregnancy I never got to see her except for my first visit at the beginning of my pregnancy. It was always the nurses checking me. Dr. Romero did visit me the last visit before I was to deliver and like the other review she hadn't looked at my chart. I had a partial privia and had a c-section set up for that next week. Dr. Romero walked in and was talking about me having a vaginal birth. IT was scary. Also, I agree the last 4-5 visits before I was due every time I left the office I was crying in my car because I was made to feel like my weight gain was going to damage my baby and my body. I only gained 30 pound!!! not the 25 they wanted!!! I'm 5'11. Anyways, after my baby was born Dr. Romero came in my room for about 5 seconds and said..."do you have any questions?" and that was it!!!! Not very friendly at all----not very sympathetic to a pregnant women's emotions, and not involved AT ALL with the 9 months of pregnancy check ups!!!! In fact after my baby was delivered....I was very concerned about the pain I was feeling 3 months after having my c-section and I was brushed off by the nurse by being told it was me being sensitive. I then called back on my 4th month of pain and was told the soonest appointment to see me was 1 month from when I was calling.....I even remember during my visits their were times when I had to ask them if they were going to test my urine sample that was sitting on the counter. One time they just took it and who knows what happened after I left....I never heard anything about it. They all seem like they are just in a routine around there and not concerned with the patients themselves.

I'm 5'11. Dr Romero seems distracted and busy - clearly doesn't take the time to read your chart before entering your room and asking the same questions every visit. I have been given a very hard time about every lb I gain during pregnancy. I was told to STARVE myself for the last 7 weeks of my pregnancy by this Dr. VBAC ??? AS IF - she was not supportive AT ALL - told me NO WAY - I'll be a repeat c section - regardless ... NOT recommended unless you like to be treated without respect and you like to cry after every visit.

Dr. Romero delivered my second child and I was extremely happy with my care. I wanted to try for a VBAC and she was very supportive and patient during my pregnancy and delivery. I was told by some nurses that other doctors on staff might have pushed for a Csection since my labor was taking so long, but Dr Romero let me deliver the way I wanted to. I feel my experience went more smoothly because she was so supportive. Her NP is very nice and nursing staff is very professional.
