Great orthodontist! I transferred into his office already wearing braces. He transitioned me to his brackets free of charge. His staff is where he shines though. The assistants are very amicable and supportive (except for maybe one) for the client, who is understandably nervous in the foreign environment. I am twenty-one years old, so the point-reward system wasn't my thing, but you can earn cool prizes (i.e. gift cards) for little things like being punctual and not damaging your braces. Swartz and Hulsey seem very knowledgeable but I preferred Swartz. I would and have already recommended this office to people who ask me about my teeth/braces. And take it from someone who has been in multiple offices (transferred because of school) the genuinely friendly staff is worth it almost by themselves, they make all the difference.
PROS: Friendly, professional, competitive pricing, flexible
CONS: few minorities, not bilingual, only partially decorated ceiling
