The front desk personnel is very friendly with the exception of Donna with billing. I was contacted by Donna regarding a balance of several hundred dollars owed to the establishment. She also made mention of a check that was disbursed by Blue Cross and cashed by me... Needless to say, Donna failed to contact Blue Cross. Instead she contacted me directly with these accusations, so I could do her work for her. She was of no assistance with this matter regarding contact information and necessary protocol. Within ten minutes I was able to get in touch with a very professional representative (Ron) with Blue Cross. I placed Ron and Donna on a conference call. Not only was he was able to confirm I (nor anyone else) didn't cash the check, he also placed a stop payment request on the check and re-issued it to the the service provider. If Donna would have simply called Blue Cross, all of the fuss and accusations could have been avoided. Needless to say, Donna did thank Ron but gave no apologies regarding her blatant accusations. Not saying you should switch Gynecologists to get good customer service, just saying I have!
