What a mistake. I saw this doctor only because my normal eye doctor who is across the street was on vacation. This doctor has the bedside manor of someone from the amazon. She was rude and said unkind things to me about my eye infection and rash. She asked me why I was seeing her, that anyone intelligent would know they had pink eye and were contagious so I shouldn't be coming into the office to infect other people. Then she walked out of the room, angry I wasted her time. She made me feel very small. I complained to my regular eye doctor and he said that they have had similar complaints about her in the past when she covers their practice. Next time I will just wait until my regular doctor comes back.

My son was born 16 yrs ago as a premie, he has had serious problems with his vision for many years. Due to insurance changes we were obliged to see this doctor. She said that his vision was fine after a cursory examination. His vision was NOT fine, although he could see more than shadows. Trying to get information out of her was like pulling teeth! She couldn't be bothered to provide me any info... couldn't even look up from writing notes. Just "he's fine" and see ya! I don't ask for much regarding bedside manner, but that was beyond poor bedside manner! She was rude to him and made us feel like we were bothering her with all our questions and then didn't provide me with ANY resources. I would NOT recommend her. Total waste of time and copay. I can't believe doctors like this still exist in our community.
