After a long battle with multiple medical issues, 2 going back to childhood, I found a doctor 10 years ago who finally helped me feel better...Dr. Gallant. He wrote a series of 6 prescriptions to treat each of the 5 chronic symptoms I was dealing with and continued to prescribe the same prescriptions for a decade with having only one conclusive answer for what was causing 1 of my symptoms. For many years I did not say anything as I was finally able to get at least mild relief with these meds, but with a plan to keep me on these meds for the rest of my life without doing ANY diagnostics but an x-ray and 2 blood tests in 9 years and no referral to specialists until I requested an orthopedic consult a year ago. He hasn't tried to find out what's causing the symptoms only taken the easy route of treating symptoms (I also took this easy route unfortunately). Mild relief with pills still does not afford me the ability to live a good quality of life, which most my age (30-40) have. Also, approx 2 yrs ago he began to be ill-tempered with patients & prone to foul moods so often I've seen dozens of "eye-rolls" by the staff when they deal w/ him. He's been quick to dismiss concerns or new symptoms and acts rushed to finish each appointment. He won't admit a mistake and goes on the attack if its even hinted at. His prior Sara assistant was nice but unreliable, his current assistant Heather acts very nice but gives off a shady vibe. Love all the receptionists (SO sweet) except for the receptionist/office manager CASSIE. She's by far the most outwardly unpleasant person I've dealt with in 30 years of interacting with medical professionals/medical office workers. She'd eat her own young I have no doubt. She made a punitive policy: if an appt isnt cancelled w/in 24 hours, no med care will be provided for 2 weeks, instead of charging patient for missed appt like before and like all other offices. Even if its 1st time in 1 or 2 years and due to the diagnosed medical disorder. Wtf...how is that legal? Denying medical care/rx refills for 2 weeks?

Dr Gallant isn't my doctor, but my grandmother's and he's encredibly hard to contact. Dr. Gallant has a huge amount of staff and there's tons of miscommunication and out and out lying between those people. My grandmother is trying to tranfer to a different old folks home and she needs Dr. Gallant to sign the paperwork. After a week of being put on hold, phone tag, being disconnected, snotty behavior, and general frustration. Nothing. Dr. Gallant hasn't signed yet.

AWESOME Doctor. Went to 5 other doctor's before Dr. Gallant figured out what was wrong and how to fix it. I am healthier and happier and have a better quality of life due to him and his expertise.
