Dr Kramer began treating me at Three Oaks when I went there as a drug addict upon finishing my treatment at Three oaks I was asked to continue treatment with Kramer in his private office. Knowing very well I was an addict cause he was my addictionologist at Three Oaks...this dr begin writing me scripts for Valium, Loratab, percacet, and many other meds but when I told him the Loratab just was not working and suggested Oxycotin, he had NO problem giving me that...anywhere from 90 count 20 mg to 120 count 20 mg every ten to fifteen days... This continued for about 2 yrs until the pharmacy caught it and refused to fill it in Oct 2004 because it had just been filled 9 days earlier, they called him and without my consent he called my spouse and said he could no longer treat me and would NOT talk to me...I was out of all my meds at that time paxil, synthroid, and all the other meds he had me on. I went thru 5 days of hell detoxicing from it all, all alone. His office tried to refuse me my medical records until I threaten to involve an attorney. What this "dr" did to me was so unethical and I am so very blessed to be alive today. I did not sue him because I believe it is not my place to punish him for his sins..God will handle that. I know that I am not that special and good of a con artist to get my addictionologist, who I trusted to give me those drugs and that large amount.. So please BEWARE of this "dr" because I know he did not only treat me in this way!! If a dr even thinks you are a addict he is breaking the law if he writes a medication that even might be addictive. That is the law and I could name a dozen or more laws he broke!! It is really scary to know he is still seeing patients..,please be careful if you are James Kramers patient because you could become his next victim!
