I've used Physio services all over the world, this one was the rudest, most unhelpful and expensive lve ever come across. After arriving early for my appointment, l waited 40mins for a therapist to then tell me l needed a 'doctors referal' to see him. It was going to cost $125 for this and another hour wait. I walked out of there very disappointed l disregarded other reviews.
I then went to RPT and was extremely grateful for there services.

I do not reccomend Rocky Mountain Therapy to ANYONE. You will recieve bad treatment and be billed outrageously for it. The therapy I reiceved was a joke. I was refered to RMTS for a sprained back by the doctor at the adjacent instacare, First Med. The doctor told me the therapy would be covered by my insurance, and I didn't find out until afterward that it was all going to come out of my pocket. Ther therapist at RMTS did not explain what the therapy would involve whatsoever, and he was not sensitive to the nature of my injury, nor did he seem to even understand it. Less than a week after my injury, he had me do TEN MINUTES of reps on machines that were the motion that he should have been telling me to avoid. I could barely walk after this session and went home much worse. When I received the bill, almost my entire 500$ deductable had been used for only 11/2 sessions. When I called to question the bill and the therapy, I was met with a staff who were unprofessional and very impolite. When I asked to speak with the clinical director, I was promised a return call from Jim Worltey which I never recieved, even after leaving serveral messages. Shame on him.
