As a counselor and biofeedback therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families helping to lighten life’s cumulative load. In my practice, I focus on developing skills that allow individuals to listen to their bodies and move forward towards greater health of body and mind.
Mental and emotional health cannot be separated from the physical body. Biofeedback helps us listen to the body by using sophisticated instruments to measure physical reactions to stress. This feedback, combined with counseling, empowers clients to make significant changes in their habitual response.
