I really like Dr. Mullins, and even though I have moved about 20 miles away from her office, I still go to her. The only thing I don't like is that the doctors in her practice (including Dr. Mullins) have started using these hand-held computers to enter everything. They enter things while they're talking to you (actually, while they should be listening to you). I think most of us would agree that you can't be concentrating on typing when someone is talking to you. There's no way you can effectively listen to someone when you're busy typing information into a computer. I think the next time I go to see her I am going to wait until she's finished typing everything and then talk when I have her complete attention. I'm sorry that doctors are going to this system. I realize it saves them time and money since they don't have to do the work later on, but it just puts up a wall between doctor and patient. However, despite my dislike of the computers, I really do like Dr. Mullins a lot and will continue going to her, and I would warmly recommend her to my friends in the Phoenix area.
