I have been taking my kids to Dr. Cooper for almost a year now and I am very pleased. They have seen Dr. Cooper as well as Dr. Benson I think is her name. The staff is very nice and willing to work with you. Dr. Cooper was very informative and took the time to make sure the kids were okay and that I understood what was going on. The same for Dr. Benson. She is always so nice and the boys lover her! It is hard to find Doctors who care and take the time to examine the kids and doctors that actually explain to me what is going on rather than have one of the nurses do it! One of my sons has a tummy issue and they did not hesitate to say I don't know lets get him to a specialist so that we can figure it out! Most doctors would have pretended to know what the problem was. I was happy to see doctors who really know what they are doing and are not afraid to say this is not our specialty lets see what's causing the problem. Very refreshing! I love Cooper Ped! I recommend them to friends and family all the time!

Even though a female assistant was always present, we became uncomfortable with Dr. Jeff Cooper??s interaction with our pre-teen daughter. His behavior was beyond unprofessional on two separate visits. We have since changed to another pediatrician and are very glad we did. We would not recommend Dr. Cooper to anyone.

Dr. Cooper's favorite diagnosis is to agree with whatever the parent(s) believe to be the problem. His common answers include "it could be this" or "it might be that". While his support staff used to be very competent, that is no longer the case. We have experienced much miscommunication between the doctor and his staff, often getting conflicting guidance. This places the child(ren) at risk.

We switched to Cooper Pediatrics by recommendation of a friend soon after my first son was born. This practice is filled with the most wonderful doctors and nurses!! I cannot tell you how many times they have taken us in on a whim when our children have gotten sick. They have been so helpful and patient and good with my 2 little boys. They are always on call to answer questions if it is past their already extended business hours. Their brand new state of the art completely seperate well visit center is also soo nice! I would highly recommend Cooper Pediatrics and even though I live a little distance from there it is well worth the drive!
