I was in constant pain but finally found relief with Dr. Gallups and his team at The ENT Institute at Milton Hall in Alpharetta. I had endoscopic surgery for my sinuses and the treatment has ended my sinus headaches and other sinus problems. I'm finally surviving a winter without getting a sinus infection every month.

Went to see Dr. Jeffrey M. Gallups, with a very bad sore throat, I know it was reflux but need pain management as I was unable to eat. Dr. Gallups was so full of himself, he would not let me talk. He only talked about himself and how he know everything because he was the MD. Even going to far as to point to the MD letters on his coat. He did not even examine me. When he did let me talk he offered no solutions. He always had a smart ass comment for any of my symptoms. Now I know why it was so easy to get in to see him over other ENT's in the area. I got help else where.

I recently had endoscopic sinus surgery and rhinoplasty surgery. Dr. Gallups made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to have surgery. He did an amazing job and the surgery went extremely well. The results are exactly what I wanted and I feel and breathe better.

I was having such bad sinus and allergy trouble until I visited Dr. Gallups at The ENT Institute in Alpharetta, GA. He is the best ear, nose and throat doctor in Georgia. I am so happy to be able to breathe again! After suffering from chronic sinus infections, I am now missing work less and enjoying life more. Thank you, Dr. Gallups!

I visited Dr. Gallups for the first time. Everything was fine initially. He was friendly, talkative. He had his assistant/office manager with him in the room. I had one slight complaint to him about something that had happened earlier in the office, which I cannot recall because he shocked me so with his response. As soon as I finished, his demeanor changed and he looked at his assistant and CURSED about the problem and CURSED again when speaking to her about deficiencies with his staff, all right in front of me. She did not flinch. I was immensely uncomfortable. When he left the room, I asked the assistant if he always cursed in front of his patients. All she did was shrug with no smile on her face. I will NEVER go back to him and I will NOT refer anyone to him. Someone here said it right. Don't let the smile and friendliness fool you with this doctor.

I was referred to Dr Gallups after having already had 2 sinus surgeries. He performed the 3rd and recommended allergy testing. I began allergy shots and after a period of time began to notice some improvement. " I worshiped this Man", for the first time in years i actually began to feel good and had fewer sinus infections.

One conversation with his "New" assistant turned everything upside down. During my next office visit with Dr Gallups the conversation was discussed. Instead of me telling my side I can only assume he believed everything the assistant had to say. I was appalled at what Dr Gallups said to me.

Because of his lack of professionalism and not even asking me my side of the conversation I would not recommend him.

I visited thie group few months ago as I had recurrent nose bleeds. I chose to visit this group as it was recommended by my primary physician and it was conveniently located.
My experience with the group was not good. Despite my requests to see the doctor, a nurse examined me. She did a brief endoscopy(10 minutes) and recommended that I visit again should my nose bleeds again in 2 weeks.
I have not had any nose bleeds since( 3 months now), but never got any explanations from her of the cause of the nose bleeds. The doctor(Dr Gallups) never showed up.
I was surprised to see the bill, as the group had billed me for more than 500 dollars for a brief 10 minute visit to the nurse. I showed the invoice to my primary physician and also a doctor at my work place(CDC), they both thought the charges were exorbitant for the type of service provided. I have called the group more than once, but they do not respond to my calls nor do they put me in touch with the doctor(Gallups) under whose name I was billed. I would never recommend this group to anyone.

I visited this practice in Alpharetta, Ga., to find out if a stubborn ear infection was gone. Upon arrival, I informed the front office that I was paying out of pocket due to a high deductible. The receptionist just looked at me. Instead of merely checking my ears, the practice required automatic audiology testing (cost: $228) and then, after finding that my ears were fine, the doctor performed an unrequested "endoscopic" exam through my nose that took 60 seconds or less (cost: $343). These charges were on top of a "new patient" physician charge of $195. The total billing to the insurance company: $766. My hearing was normal and I had no ear infection. I had no idea how much these unnecessary procedures had cost me until I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company. Because the practice is in-network, I "only" have to pay $391.80. When I questioned the excessive charges, the practice's billing staff member was very talented at deflecting the physician's ethical responsibility to inform his patients of costs. I imagine this practice pays her very well. However, it took two phone calls to get them to cancel my follow-up visit.
