I was having arch pain in both of my feet, and got in to see Dr. Ryder within a week of making the appt. I felt she was very kind and understanding. She knew immediately what the problem was. She showed me stretching exercises to do to help the condition. On a second visit when that wasn't quite enough pain relief (due to my own lack of doing the exercises daily), I received a pneumatic night splint. After a few days of wearing that while I worked at my desk, my pain was GONE. I now additionally take ballet classes, which helps with stretching the calf muscles as they contribute also to plantar fasciitis. I am pain free today. I would highly recommend her to anybody.

Dr. Ryder is very professional, caring, skillful, and knowledgable. She offered me treatment options, explained each one and allowed me time to decide. I am pleased with how my toenail procedure turned out and am very happy with the custom orthotics she had made for me. They have been instrumental in resolving the pain and swelling I had in my feet. I am a nurse, and am very picky about the medical care I receive. If you seek podiatric care, I highly recommend Dr. Ryder.

Dr. Ryder has always been very open and encouraging questions reguarding my care and concerns. She has always taken the time to answer everything and remind me to take care of my feet. I feel better a year later after her diligent care than I did when I was twenty! Because of her care I can literaly run around wothout any pain allowing me to be a better wife, mother, and Nurse. My leg and back pain has also been alieviated since wearing the orthotic shoe inserts prescribed by Dr. Ryder, sorry chiropractors.
I have always found her treatment to be more cost efficient than the time I took off work and the time away from my family as the result of the pain in my feet and legs, not to mention the tylenol I would buy just to get through thd day.
Dr. Ryders professionalism and friendliness is evident every time I see her and very appreciated by this lifetime patient. Her staff is always helpful and kind as well. I do highly recomend Dr. Ryder to other co-workers (nurses), family and friends without any hesitation!
