i have never been her patient but i know that she's a great doctor. cos she's a filipino and filipinos are naturally caring, friendly and nice. i don't believe that you should shame on her or she should shame herself i know she's great cos she wouldn't be where she is now if she isn't. it's not because im a filipino that's why i'm saying this but because i know that she deserves some respect and she is one of the doctors i salute to because she is hardworking and nobody's perfect even though she's a doctor she also makes some mistakes and besides it doesn't mean that she's a doctor she could take of you like your mom you should also help yourself you need to be a teammate. so whoever you are who posted shame on you doctor you should be the one to be ashamed of yourself because you don't know how to accept the effort of your doctor and you don't know how to respect them after what they have done for you. you don't know what they've been through for them to be able to become a GREAT DOCTOR.

I will have to disagree with the previous review with all the incorrect information. I would like to start by saying I have been one of her patients since the very first day she started and that was only 4 not 6 years ago. Just to let you know you can't call and speak directly to a doctor on the phone unless you are another doctor. Doctors are very busy seeing patients and don't have time to talk to everyone on the phone. So that would be her office staff. If you had a problem with her or anyone that talks quiet, speak up and say you can't hear them. If you felt she was distant why would you stay with her for so many years. She is nice and very caring. FYI, no matter what doctor you see or the surgery you have done if you don't personally tell them to send over your records to your primary care doctor and give them her information or they forget to send them how is she to know that you had surgery done outside of her office. It is impossible to keep track of everyone and everything they have done if you don't have the information sent to her. I would have to say after reading the previous review there could be a problem on her part . It states she had been to the ER many times and how she is a hard doctor to get pain meds from. It seems that patient has a drug problem. P.S. it is against the law to give out pain meds like candy, especially if you have already received meds from the ER AND or another doctor. Good luck finding another doctor that will be easy on handing out those types of medications especially if you have a past history of doing that. So I will have to say in this situation it's shame on the patient that wrote the review not shame on the doctor. Again, I will say she is very smart especially for this reason.

She is the most uncaring doctor I have ever seen. I have had many conditions for which I needed a doctor, but she is very distant, not returning my calls or seeing me when the situation is an emergency. 'When she does see me, she speaks so quietly I can hardly hear her, and trying to get medication for pain is nearly impossible. She is just terrible about returning calls. I have had to use the ER many times, when she is unavailable. I had an emergency back surgery, and she didn't even know about it or care. I've been her patient fore six years, and she treats me like she doesn't know me at all, and like I am a new patient every time I see her. I am searching for a new doctor at the present time!!!
