I have a very stressful job as a professional event planner and though, I'm passionate about my career, it can wear me down! I am constantly on the go and juggling numerous details at once. The high stress typically leads to sore muscles, and sore muscles lead to the formation of knots that have literally had me walking slightly tilted for days -- all the while in heels! After my deep tissue massage appointment with Jill, the knots were gone, the soreness was relieved and my stress level lowered considerably. By the time I walked out of my appointment, I had PERFECT posture, too. YES, from a deep tissue massage NOT an adjustment! Jill has an amazing technique and always knows where to 'zone' in. Her services have been a lifesaver -- especially during event season! I'm sure she'll also have you walking away stress-free, loose and ready for the world, even in heels. : ) Thanks, Jill!

I have been going to Jill for two years now. Before that I had tried a many other places but wasn't impressed until a friend referred me to Jill and I have been going there ever since.

Very professional and excellent massage. Jill Seifert is an excellent massage therapist. I definitely recommend! I've had many massages and this is among the best.

Jill is by far my favorite massage therapist in Minneapolis! Her home is clean, comfortable, and inviting. You feel great for weeks afterwards, and don't feel like you wasted your time or money. I highly recommend Jill!!

Wow, what can I say about Jill. I've been getting massages for 20 years and recently my therapist retired. I tried out many other therapists before I found Jill. This hands down was the best massage I've ever had. I'll be back!!
