I took my daughter there and had no problems until she was 6 years old. She had a filling put in when she was 3. She is a very nervous child so they always used the oral sedation. A very small piece of the tooth broke off around the filling so I took her to have them check it. I told them to let me know what needed to be done before they did any kind of procedure. I hear her screaming and crying and when the nurse finally came out she told me they were giving her novocain and they were going to cap her tooth. Nobody asked my permission. They also had not informed me they no longer did oral sedation. She came out half numb in tears and without a cap on her tooth. She told me that she wouldn't let them do it. They knew that because they knew she had to be sedated. About 30 minutes later I looked at my daughters arms and noticed that she had handprint bruises on both arms from where they held her down. She also had finger bruises on her cheeks beside her mouth. I asked her what happened to her face and she told me that they put their hand over her mouth to stop her from screaming. At least that explains why she got quiet for a minute. I will never in my lifetime ever take my babies there again. I had the upmost respect for them until this happened. I feel horrible that my little girl went through that and now is terrified to go to the dentist. I hope people read this and research complaints before you choose a dentist for your child. Once they are frightened when they are little, it doesn't go away. (By the way, she never needed a cap)
