Wish I would of looked here before I went to this place. No only did he get my prescription wrong TWICE, but also talked me into buying frames that were not correct for me. Worst $300.00 mistake in my life. With the help of my insurance company went to another ophthalmologist and he get the prescription perfect the first time. Of course, I did have to buy a new set of frames because the ones I was sold from this place did not fit my face.

Tried to get the situation resolved but they made it clear to me that they were not interested in my satisfaction. DON"T GO HERE!

Made an appointment. Confirmed the appointment. When I got there they didn't have it. I was even told I canceled my appointment. Bah humbug. I'll find another doctor.

My daughter had her eye exam done at Dr. Schneider's office. Shortly after her exam we moved to Missouri and in the move her glasses were lost. I called the office to have the prescription faxed to Missouri. I went to get her new glasses and was advised they never received the prescription, so I called back to have the prescription faxed again. The lady that answered was very rude and advised it's long distance and they can't keep re-faxing it then she hung up on me. I called her back to ask if she had the fax number and if she was going to re-fax it. She stated she had the fax number. Once again, I was ready to get her glasses only to find out they still didn't have the prescription. I called back again and spoke with the doctor. I advised him his employee was very rude, hung up on me, and still no prescription received. The doctor starts yelling, tells me he re-faxed it, and to have the place call them and tell him they haven't received it and that he will be waiting on the call. He didn't state this politely, no apology for his rude employee, and is yelling instead of politely and professionally talking to me. At any doctor's office you can expect to have to send faxes. Sometimes faxes don't go through and sometimes employees don't use the fax properly. You do not yell at your customers. The good news is after speaking to the doctor they received the fax.

Dr. Schneider was amazing! His examination was extremely thorough and he took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable and received the attention everyone deserves when they are having something as precious as their eyes examined.

His staff was equally incredible and spent quite a while with me making sure I found just the right pair of glasses.

Truly a professional organization that cares deeply about their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring eye doctor.
