Would not reccoment...problems with making appointments, getting accurate estimates from the office, and poor quality work.

I scheduled an appointment for my son to get two fillings after we moved here to continue his dental treatment plan from our previous dentist. they did not do the fillings and gave me a several thousand dollar estimate for root canals, crowns, etc. I would urge prospective patients to be cautious. We have found a new dentist and my son's original treatment plan of a few fillings is now back in effect.

Business Response:

Our practice may not be for everyone. We do comprehensive dentistry. We thrive on the long-term goals & success of our patients teeth. As such, we are not a "patch work" clinic but a family practice and treat our patients like we would our own family. We spend extra time to educate & explain the best options for the best outcome to those interested in the highest quality of care.

What else can I say, 5 Stars !! I was very comfortable & actually enjoyed myself for the first time sitting in a dentists chair. Thank You

Upon my first appointment, I scheduled enough time for a cleaning AND fillings. The cleaning went fine, but afterward I waited half an hour for the doctor. When he finally came in, he and the hygienist both encouraged me to schedule ANOTHER appointment for the fillings, even though I had made it clear that I wanted fillings the same day. It was obvious the assistant just wanted to go home for the day. Upon my second visit the receptionist wasn't able to print a receipt for my visit because the computer was down AGAIN. The dental work itself was the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. They insisted upon using a suction apparatus which kept my mouth propped open and made it terribly uncomfortable. The headrest on the chair was very uncomfortable. The doctor's belly kept brushing against my head during the procedure, and worse, he was extremely rough on my mouth. My gums were still bloody the next day. I was numb for six hours after my appointment. The visit took two and a half hours total for three fillings. I was exhausted and sore afterward, even though I was numb. The dental work itself was shoddy. The fillings themselves were rough and needed to be smoothed down more, and I told them that but the doctor just left the room and nothing was done about it. Needless to say, I'll be finding another dentist to polish up his work and I won't be going back.
