Office set an appointment and never notified of a change in office location. No reminder call was made the day before. The phone message states that the office is at lunch from 1200-200. The appointment was for 215 and I was there at 130. So, I figured they were running late. I called at 200 and I was told that they would reschedule. There was no office manager and I was told Mr. Martinez would not call me. Their mistake and I was suppose to wait another 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable.
