I have been a patient here for almost 20 years. I don't visit often since I see my OB/GYN for an annual visit, but when I do need them, they are always there for me. They fit me in when it's urgent so that I can avoid the ER or urgent care. The appointment staff is great and so are the nurses. I usually see Joan, Dr. Carr's PA, and she is awesome. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel so fortunate that I found them when I first moved to Raleigh and that they still run the same business - efficient and caring as always.

Cons: Not a fancy place.

Good doctor, very personable, and available. We have used this doctor for 15 years, for the adults, the kids as they grew, and our foster kids. We like him personally and professionally. Office is relatively convenient behind Duke Raleigh Community, and our waiting time prior to appointments has been reasonable. He's also responsive after hours.

Both my husband, my mother & I are patients with Dr. Carr. We 3 are all very different and have very different on-going medical issues but have been very happy with the care provided by Dr. Carr and staff.

The office is not fancy or flashy and all newly decorated but I do not judge the MD's care by the furniture!

Dr. Carr is easy to talk to and offers sound opinions and advice. We 3 like him and his RN/LPN staff.
