Love the doctor but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had to reschedule a general checkup due to an emergency and when I called to reschedule, I was told to come in the next morning at the same time. My mistake was not writing down the name of the girl I spoke to because the next day, after waiting for 25 minutes I was called to the window to be told that I do not have an appointment. When I explained that I called the day before, she said that I cancelled only and did not reschedule. Again I told her that "the girl" who answered told me to come in today and she actually asked everyone in the office, one by one, "Did you tell **my name** that she could come in today?" Of course everyone replied no and she turned to me and said "See? We can schedule it now though". I don't sit in waiting rooms that long just to make up stories and I think she could have at least apologized for the mistake their office made before sending me away. Instead she was very rude. Today I called to make a follow up appointment and after waiting on hold for 11 minutes I hung up and called back in case they forgot about me, she answered with a huff and a rude tone saying only "Could you hold please?" like she was very busy and couldn't handle it. I'm looking into changing my primary care physician now, it's a shame too because I really like the doctors there.
