An absolutely great experience. Great trainers, great knowledge, and great motivation. Prior to training at Jungle Fitness, I have always struggled with gaining weight to bulk. I tried everything; harder workouts, eating fattier foods, and spending ridiculous amounts of time in the gym. All with no results.

I decided to give Jungle Fitness a try, and within a week of training with Coach Jon Jung, I went from 140lbs to 149lbs. I've never been able to gain weight that fast in one week. I realized to myself that I have been training all wrong.

From my very first workout, I felt a burn as if I have never stepped foot into a gym because it was that difficult. I wanted to give up because it was so hard, but, Coach Jon didn't let me. He pushed me to my limits and motivated me all the way through. He gave me a diet plan designed to help me put on muscle mass, and sure enough, I gained 9 pounds within a week.

I could not be more thankful for all of the mental and physical motivation that these trainers provide at Jungle Fitness. I can't wait to progress with the help of all the coaches here at Jungle Fitness!

Just to let everybody know, this is not your ordinary gym. This is no LA fitness or 24 hour, or those other gyms who have personal trainers that don't know anything. Jon knows his stuff. And I got a pleasure to workout with him. He not just say and babble on things but I actually see him do it with me. So, it's a legit place to be in. It may not be as fancy as those gyms out there, but this is where you go if you are serious with training like a beast, and getting the results you want.

Just go. Enough said. You have to experience it on your own.

I was amazed to see all the transformations that others had gone through and I knew that this was it. This was the answer.

I love Jungle Fitness. Plain and simple. There is no other gym like it. I've tried going to 24 hour, bally's total, LA fitness and even the UCI Arc but none of them have what Jungle Fitness offers. Here's a quick rundown of why Jungle Fitness OC BETTER THAN eerrrbody else.

1. Personal Training: No matter how many times I watched work out videos online for technique, tips, methods and etc., I never was able to replicate them correctly in the gym. Not having something there to correct you on your really hinders your growth and slows down your pace for success. The reason why I love Jungle Fitness is because all the trainers here are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything. Health, cardio, muscle building, body weight loss, diet, philosophy, EVERYTHING. They know what they're talking about and they tailor their workout for YOU. CUSTOM MADE. I've never experienced that before in another gym. They pay attention to every detail of my workout and give me so much great information about my form, technique and everything else in between. I've learned more here in 3 months than I have in all the previous years reading from online bodybuilding articles and from friends.

2. Environment: Jungle Gym is an amazing place to work out at. I never feel out of place here. Everyone is extremely friendly and so supportive. I actually know almost every other person here that trains with me. It's a great system of support. It feels like a family and no one is judging each other. All I ever hear are compliments, words of encouragements, and loud high-fives.

3. Fun: Don't get me wrong, the workouts here are beyond intense. I've never been worked so hard to my limit before in my life. By the end of the workouts, my body is physically destroyed. I can barely stand on leg days. Despite all this, the best part of coming here and working out is that I'm always having a great time. The trainers are always cracking jokes with us and making sure we're having a good time. The workout routines are also always changed around so you never get bored. Before you know it, the hour is over and your ready for that post-workout protein shake.

If health and fitness is as a priority to you as it is to me, then I highly recommend personal training with Jungle Fitness. If you're not sure whether its for you, SUCK IT UP. This is for your health and your health should be one of your TOP priorities. Keep your new years resolution and DO what you know is right!

Jungle Fitness. Jung...GULL...FIT..niss...(say it with me everybody!) JUNGLEEE FITNESS!! WOOO YEAHHH! What is Jungle Fitness? A lot of things folks, a LOT of things, but I believe it to be more effective and impactful if I were to list to you what Jungle Fitness is not.
* Jungle Fitness is not your run-of-the-mill joint, it's not your average Joe's gym, nor is it your YMCA looks-a- like or your 24 FITNESS wannabe.
* Jungle Fitness isn't your mommy, your nanny, your babysitter: Jungle Fitness is not a daycare.
* It is definitely not anything like your Pilates class, your yoga class, your plyometrics class or your Zumba class.
* This is not a playing ground for children; no they do not hold your hand here.
* You won't not get fit here.

Any other questions? No? Good. And now, time for the breakdown

First Impression:

I arrive at Jon's local establishment and stroll through the front door and into his humble office/lobby. Hanging on the wall directly in front of the door is a blown up image of an old-school wooden/tight-rope bridge leading into the lush canopies of trees one could only assume to be a jungle (hence, Jungle Fitness). It also helps to say that Jon's last name is Jung (again, hence, Jungle Fitness, get it? Course you do.) Who's Jon Jung? Jon Jung is a 30 year old walking mass of muscle. He literally shifts the aura and physical stature of any room he walks into and is the CEO and founder of Jungle Fitness. How's that for an intro? I walk into past the office area and into the gym and a loud voice calls down to me from the stairwell," Yo, you must be Duy, what's up man come upstairs." I follow up the stairs and we finally meet face-to-face, the person my brother has been talking about for over a month, and I have to say, it was a long time coming. Jon is my soon-to-be (and is as we speak) personal trainer.

First Day Jitters:

I am actually unsure if I should even post information up here about my first day. Yes! It was that crazy! Talk about getting hit by a train the next morning kind of feeling. I was literally dead on my bed the morning after. I swear I thought I wouldn't ever get up again, not even if there was 50 lbs. of bacon being cooked downstairs and the smell invaded my nostrils. I would not even get up then. I couldn't. Jon Jung worked me out so hard and so well I could feel myself getting stronger each and every time. I can honestly say I've never been worked out that hard in my life. I've never felt so tired, mentally and physically, and I used to do cross country. This stuff was a whole different level.

The Man Himself:
Don't come here less you want a hardcore workout. Jon will mess you up. Save yourselves ahhh! But seriously, I know I'm going on a rant but this gym means business. What else would you have expected from a training camp run by the armed devil himself? Jon Jung is a man of simplistic means: he just believes you cannot fail, therefore, no is not really a word in his dictionary. This just shows his overall faith and conviction that he carries with his work and which follows and connects with his trainees and clientele. Why am I telling you this story? It's because it really defines who and what Jon is as a mentor, as a trainer, and as a friend. We both instantly clicked from day one. From the day I met him to now, he's been all those things to me. He's really something else. He'll never take no for an answer and will always push you through every set, making sure you finish them. He's a hardcore, rock solid dude, both physically and also of course his training-style. He's exactly what a personal trainer should be or aim to be.

The Equipment:
all the average gym equipment stuff a regular gym has, Jungle Fitness has. But what Jungle Fitness adds to the mixed bag of fitness gyms is the inclusion of tires and sledgehammers, sleds with weights and giant pieces of rope (I call 'em snake monsters) that could envelop a full-sized mini-van.

Conclusion?
Here, at JUNGLE FITNESS, it's obvious what this gym has that no other gym has: character. It's the laughs and jokes the personal trainers tell. It's the wisdom that the personal trainers drop on you. It's the funny clients that laugh at and with you when Jon is whooping our butts so hard we can't even think straight. It's Jon's over-the-top humor and the simplicity and homeliness of the entire place. Jungle is my home

The owner 's name is Jon and he is a really good guy with great business ethics and morals! 4 of my family members plus myself train there currently. JFOC is great and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their personal fitness. From weekend warrior to professional athlete they have the knowledge, experience, and equipment to meet your needs. As far as the training goes, it is terrific. After just four months of working out twice a week I am in the best shape of my life. I can do things now that I could never do before and I owe it to Jungle Fitness and Bryan (my trainer). He has come up with new and challenging workouts every day while still keeping focus on my overall fitness goals. At Jungle Fitness they are serious about your health and fitness.

The reason I decided to train at Jungle was the yelp reviews and the customer service Jon provided. I had inquired about touring the gym and pricing, and I received a response within the hour from Jon. Jon's customer service proved to me he has extreme pride in his business.
After expressing my goals to Jon, he had decided to assign Bryan as my personal trainer. Bryan is INTENSE. I came to Bryan in terrible shape, and had not worked out since high school (15 years). My goal was to loose 30lbs so, Bryan put me on a workout to do just that. After 2,5 months of training and a changed diet, I am down 23lbs. Bryan does not let you make excuses or let you give up, he will push you to your fullest. Be prepared to work your butt off, but its worth it. Thank you so much Jungle Fitness.

I trained at Jungle for about a month and am incredibly pleased with the progress I made during my stay: I lost about 2.5 inches around my waist and a significant amount of fat around my arms and thighs. I attribute my success to my trainer Sam who is most definitely a BEAST! I came to Jungle expecting a challenge, which is what was delivered (physically AND mentally) along with sweat and pain (the good kind ;) ). Sam never allowed me to quit and whenever I displayed signs of fatigue and lackluster, he would encourage me until completion. Although I was only able to train for a month, I know that Sam has given me the tools in order to continue with progress on my own. He is extremely knowledgeable and an incredible person overall.

Many thanks to Jon, the owner, who made the process of training easy for me. Additionally, many thanks to the other trainers and members of Jungle Fitness for making the environment friendly and welcoming. I could have wanted nothing moreJungle is truly a remarkable gym with amazing people.

Jungle Fitness is one of my favorite places to be. Not only do I get the works of my life and pushed to my full potential but we are all so close to one another. Each one of the trainers have their own unique style of training and are so easy to connect with. Working with every single one of the trainers is a new experience. I first trained with Jon Jung, his work outs will push you to your breaking point (in a good way). He wants you to see the results that you want, he knows you can achieve them! Training with Qoni Saraci is always great. He designs his workout around what you need and is super knowledgable. He is very encouraging and is always training me in ways I would never expect that would work! Training with Zurie Harris is always a pleasure. He is one of the most encouraging personal trainers here. He is always helping me along the way when I am struggling to get through a workout. Zurie also like to make jokes and keep you interested and not frustrated during the workouts which helps a lot. Bryan Schutte has some awesome work outs. The workouts are very high intensity and constantly moving. It will push you to your limit, but he is always there to support you along the way. Jesse Sadoff's workouts are high in cardio and hits hard in the abs. His workouts make you feel like an ab goddess afterwards. My abs were sore for days, but I loved being able to see them afterwards. Lastly, training with Sam Moore is always a killer on the arms. Working with Sam you are non-stop the entire time. There is no resting periods, only time to work! I've only been training with these trainers for a couple months now, but I feel as though they are my second family. I could talk to them about anything and they'd be more than willing to help. They are more than personal trainers, they are amazing friends. I couldn't imagine a better place to be at in Orange County than Jungle Fitness!

Jungle Fitness is one of my favorite places to be. Not only do I get the works of my life and pushed to my full potential but we are all so close to one another. Each one of the trainers have their own unique style of training and are so easy to connect with. Working with every single one of the trainers is a new experience. I first trained with Jon Jung, his work outs will push you to your breaking point (in a good way). He wants you to see the results that you want, he knows you can achieve them! Training with Qoni Saraci is always great. He designs his workout around what you need and is super knowledgable. He is very encouraging and is always training me in ways I would never expect that would work! Training with Zurie Harris is always a pleasure. He is one of the most encouraging personal trainers here. He is always helping me along the way when I am struggling to get through a workout. Zurie also like to make jokes and keep you interested and not frustrated during the workouts which helps a lot. Bryan Schutte has some awesome work outs. The workouts are very high intensity and constantly moving. It will push you to your limit, but he is always there to support you along the way. These guys are awesome! I had my first training session there, it was a blast. The trainers really look out to make sure they're pushing you, but yet keep the level proper, safe and fun! They work muscles that you never knew existed. As a very active and fit individual, I was totally surprised at the effects of changing things up in the workout! The gym is located in a great area, clean, fun attitude, great looking people there to work out with. The owner was so accommodating! VERY HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone looking to take their fitness to a new level!!!

Jungle was an all around awesome experience. I gained roughly 20 pounds in 3 months and, remarkably, lost a couple inches off my waist. I wish I could have stayed for a longer contract and see where that would have taken me, but school has cut me short. As for the trainer himself, Sam was just awesome. Though I don't know about the training regime of the other trainers, I can tell you that Sam is a great man for the job. To tell you a little bit about this guy, he is not a pushover. He doesn't let you cut corners, and he's not afraid to push your limits. In fact, it was because of his killer training methods, my fellow trainees and I forged great relationships. We were like comrades in boot camp, and he was like the crazy drill instructor who was on the hunt to kill every last one of you before the sun set (but in a good way). Because of Sam and Jungle Fitness, I am now more motivated to continue my training back at school. Hopefully, I can find a program similar to this one, but I'll tell you that the experience at Jungle was simply irreplaceable. Thanks Jon and Sam for everything you've done for me, I hope I can see you guys in the winter, even if it's only for a couple weeks!

I've never been the athletic type. Prior to joining Jungle Fitness, my attempts at getting in shape usually involved going to the gym, spending some time on the elliptical, lifting a few weights, and calling it a day. My attempts at nutrition usually involved opting for a lager beer instead of a porter. After deciding that I wanted to actually make a legitimate difference in my health and fitness, I decided to take the next step and join Jungle Fitness.

My first workout at Jungle Fitness involved nearly losing my lunch and feeling like I was going to pass out, until my trainer, Bon Gomes, resuscitated me with some juice to replenish my glucose levels. The entire first week, I felt sore in places I never knew existed.

Now I have just finished my sixth week of personal training, and I'm able to push myself to levels that I never thought possible. The workouts are varied and diverse. Sometimes I'm doing traditional pull-ups and curls. Other times I'm doing exercises that are like the lovechild of Rocky and American Gladiators, with a little bit of Bloodsport thrown in. You could probably make a sweet eighties movie training montage based off these workouts.

My body fat has dropped several percent and I am feeling significantly stronger. More importantly, my confidence level has jumped, and I feel much more comfortable in my body. I'm no longer apprehensive about trying a new exercise, or upping the number of reps on an exercise I've already learned. I also feel like I have more energy on a daily basis. The nutrition guidelines that Bon gave me have really helped inform the decisions I make about what I put in my body, which in turn, has left me no longer feeling like a fat lard.

Bon is absolutely fantastic. He's very approachable and sincerely cares about his clients' progress. He is able to push me to perform at my highest potential. He encourages me to step out of my comfort zone, without feeling intimidated or self-conscious. Most significant is that he has helped me believe in my own ability to improve my health and fitness. The workouts are always difficult, but with Bon's support, they no longer feel overwhelming or insurmountable.

I would encourage anyone that is genuinely interested in making a difference in their health to sign up for Jungle Fitness. It consists of a community of rad people that will all support you in reaching your fitness goals. The owner Jon is enthusiastic and friendly and makes sure that every customer gets the most out of Jungle Fitness. All the trainers (including those that are not assigned to you) are welcoming and helpful. At the end of every workout, I'm a smelly and sweaty mess, and I feel like I've been brutalized. Then I take a shower and get changed, and I feel like a rock star. If you want to take yourself to the next level of fitness, Jungle Fitness is definitely the place for you.

He was my extra motivational boost to help me achieve my fitness/health goals. Training with him was phenomenal. I never knew I could sweat so much in such a short amount of time span while having fun at the same time! I'm a girl.. one of those girls who openly complains & whines when she's exhausted, but that didn't stop him from pushing me to my limits.

Dung has a positive attitude. He makes the work out fun and makes sure I'm doing the exercises correctly to maximize results.

We did a combination of pretty much everything from weight training, different types of cardio, & crazy ab work outs I never knew my core could handle. Each training session was different so I would go to my training sessions not really knowing what to expect. I'd be sore the following day, but it was the good kind of sore. Day One -

Qoni rocked my legs - seriously, my legs were tremblings at about 10 minutes into our workout. To reach my goals, Qoni has broken-down my workouts to legs, upper body on day two and then strictly abs on day three (my least favorite - if I was swearing today, I will be screaming bloody murder on Friday).

I am no foreigner to grueling workouts and serious lifting, but damn my legs are genuinely weak right now. Climbing stairs are a serious chore and an act of great concentration and mental stamina.

I am typing this review today so that I am not biased tomorrow because I may be unable to walk without serious assistance and looking somewhat handicap. I have stretched to avoid compounding any further accrual of lactic acid - but I doubt it will make much of a difference.

Cheers to health, wellness and to the achievement of goals.

Day Two

I have gone three days without dessert and I have have managed to subsist - it's a personal record.

Today, we worked on upper body and core. I have to mention that for the past two days handicap ramps have been my friend. I am experiencing great difficulty climbing stairs and ultimate futility walking down stairs. It takes me twice the amount of time to get from point A to point B. Nonetheless, I LOVE IT!!! Glutton for punishment.

Qoni has a way of pushing me. I am at my max when he sternly advises me to give him 10 more repetitions. REALLY??? How about something more reasonable like 5 more repetitions? Lol!!

Cajolery is ineffective, as he is not moved. =^.^=

Cheers to physical acumen.

Day Three

As determined as I am, I am still unable to walk with complete operation of the two appendages connected to my hip-bone - Lol!! Kindergarten reference.

Nonetheless, Qoni does not negotiate that particular detail when deciding that I will do some weighted lunges and single leg kick-backs - God Bless Qoni!!!! Sweat equity is the name of the game. Are you ready to play?

I have survived my first week of Jungle Fitness to be a witness of the incredible results to be had...But, like all things in life, you've got to want it and want it really badly.

I say this because Qoni pushes those who desire to be pushed. I beheld this boy, oh, did I say that? I was trying to be non-judgmental. Dang-it - I guess I still have some work to do. As I was gasping for air, I could gather that he did not want to be there, but yet the conundrum was that this person, i.e., the boy, was paying to train at Jungle Fitness. This individual spent most of his time complaining and negotiating what his capacity, or in this case, incapacity of physical exertion. Are you kidding me? This is one integral reason why I would never become a personal trainer. It boggles my mind. I would probably scream "go back to the nursery you came from."

I'd probably get fired. LOL!!!

To reach my goals, Qoni has broken-down my workouts to legs, upper body on day two and then strictly abs on day three (my least favorite - if I was swearing today, I will be screaming bloody murder on Friday).

I am no foreigner to grueling workouts and serious lifting, but damn my legs are genuinely weak right now. Climbing stairs are a serious chore and an act of great concentration and mental stamina.

I am typing this review today so that I am not biased tomorrow because I may be unable to walk without serious assistance and looking somewhat handicap. I have stretched to avoid compounding any further accrual of lactic acid - but I doubt it will make much of a difference.

Cheers to health, wellness and to the achievement of goals.

Day Two

I have gone three days without dessert and I have have managed to subsist - it's a personal record.

Today, we worked on upper body and core. I have to mention that for the past two days handicap ramps have been my friend. I am experiencing great difficulty climbing stairs and ultimate futility walking down stairs. It takes me twice the amount of time to get from point A to point B. Nonetheless, I LOVE IT!!! Glutton for punishment.

Qoni has a way of pushing me. I am at my max when he sternly advises me to give him 10 more repetitions. REALLY??? How about something more reasonable like 5 more repetitions? Lol!!

Cajolery is ineffective, as he is not moved. =^.^=

Cheers to physical acumen.

Day Three

As determined as I am, I am still unable to walk with complete operation of the two appendages connected to my hip-bone - Lol!! Kindergarten reference.

Nonetheless, Qoni does not negotiate that particular detail when deciding that I will do some weighted lunges and single leg kick-backs - God Bless Qoni!!!! Sweat equity is the name of the game. Are you ready to play?

I have survived my first week of Jungle Fitness to be a witness of the incredible results to be had...But, like all things in life, you've got to want it and want it really badly.

I say this because Qoni pushes those who desire to be pushed. I beheld this boy, oh, did I say that? I was trying to be non-judgmental. Dang-it - I guess I still have some work to do. As I was gasping for air, I could gather that he did not want to be there, but yet the conundrum was that this person, i.e., the boy, was paying to train at Jungle Fitness. This individual spent most of his time complaining and negotiating what his capacity, or in this case, incapacity of physical exertion. Are you kidding me? This is one integral reason why I would never become a personal trainer. It boggles my mind. I would probably scream "go back to the nursery you came from."

I'd probably get fired. LOL!!!

Darren definitely knows his stuff, listens carefully to your individual goals, and has a great repertoire of creative and effective exercises that keep the workouts fun, yet challenging. I am sore in places that I've never been before and definitely notice that I'm building strength and stamina very quickly. I also particularly like the fact that detailed physical assessments are done on a weekly basis so you can keep track of your results and keep motivated to achieving your fitness goals. In addition, Darren was more than happy to customize an individual meal plan for me which suited my particular eating preferences.

Jungle Fitness and Darren are exactly what I was looking for to get out of a exercise rut and get in the best shape of my life for my upcoming wedding. The gym has a great, friendly vibe and trainers that are truly results oriented. The fact that I am motivated to get up before 6:00 a.m., and actually look forward to the workouts, is a testament to Darren's awesome personal training!

Jesse is my personal trainer and he's really great if you're not the type to need a drill instructor training you. I've been training with personal trainer Jesse Sadoff for about 2 months now and lost 8 lbs within the first month! Jesse doesn't just work you out intensely but makes every work out fun through his funny witty side :) He's really flexible with scheduling and even makes himself available through texting for those days that I feel like I can no longer keep my diet. I've training with Darren Irving for three weeks now and it's been going really well. Having never really worked out before he took his time and adjusted the workout so that it'd work best for me. I've been feeling great (though sore) since starting his workout regimen and the nutrition plan gives you lots of options and never leaves you feeling hungry. His passion for fitness really shines, and he excels at pushing you without being demeaning as I didn't really want the "boot camp" experience. My road with Jungle fitness started two years ago and I trained with them for 4 months. I came in having already lost about 60 lbs on my own through lots of cardio and dieting. I didn't care too much about muscle mass because I simply just wanted to lost weight because I was tired being 225 lbs... I was satisfied for awhile, until I wanted to become muscular and defined.

I remember when I e-mailed Jon, I got a response right away with a phone call setting up an appointment. On the day that i came in for a consultation, Jon sat down with me and got to know me and helped me figured out what my goals were. I wanted to build muscles the right way and I was in the market looking for the right trainer.

I ended up signing on that day, but later when I came home that night, I started regretting it because I was a broke college student that didn't have a job at that time. Little did I know that one simple decision would change my life and opened a new future for me.

Bon became my trainer, and alongside with him, the Jungle family pushed me to my limits and even surpassing them. Reaching levels I thought I could never achieve. Through the summer of training, I was able to change not only physically, mentally as well. I became unstoppable. I got in the best shape of my life and was getting compliments left and right. It definitely felt great and I did it in such a short amount of time.

Everyone that I encountered in the Jungle Family was a great inspiration to me and they also help me uncover the passion for fitness I had that was buried long before that. I was so inspired again that I decided to change my career and jump into the fitness industry. I sat down with Jon and asked him what the needed steps to become a personal trainer. I then spent the next 2-3 months pursuing the certification necessary. Once I got my certification, I was able to continue learning and started my path.

I wanted to become trainer simply because I wanted to help people. I went through the whole process myself and knew what it was like, and what was needed to get to the end goal. I wanted to educate, inspire, and help people achieve the same things I did because it completely changed my life around and I saw that. I wanted people to experience what I had experienced because there's really nothing like it. Everything you gain from it, will move you into a positive direction through your life. Everybody can become a source of inspiration, and my goal is to become that inspiration to others through fitness and health.

Fast forward today, I have been a personal trainer ever since. If it wasn't for the Jungle Family, I wouldn't be where I am today and I have a million thanks for them. If you are thinking about personal training, Jungle Fitness is definitely the right company to go through.

I have been working out with DARREN IRVING from Jungle Fitness for nearly two years and I could not possibly ask for a better Trainer. I was referred to Jungle Fitness by my brother who found out about it through a friend. I had graduated college and because I had a full time job (I sat in front of the computer all day), I was starting to gain weight. I had no physical activity. I wanted to get in shape, but I needed the motivation and push that I eventually got from Darren. Previous to trying Jungle Fitness, I went to 24 Hour Fitness and other big gyms, but I couldn't stick to it because I didn't like the environment or the trainers. I was the type that never enjoyed working out; it was a chore for me.

When I first started working out with Darren, it was refreshing to work out with a trainer that truly cares about his clients. Darren just seems to know how to mix different exercises to maximize results. He constantly pushes me to be stronger. He motivates me with his words, but he also leads by example. I can tell from his dedication that he is extremely passionate about what he does. His exercises progress in difficulty as I become more advanced; he is always changing it up so that I don't get bored. He challenges me mentally and physically. Thanks to Darren, I went from hating workouts and going to the gym, to literally becoming addicted to it. If I miss a day now, I feel guilty and unproductive. I find exercising to be a stress reliever as well as a way to stay healthy and in great shape.

I am in the best shape of my life now. I started working out with Darren when I weighed 135 lbs, I am currently 111 lbs, I feel great and my body is toned and strong. I needed help tightening my gluts and thighs and that is exactly what I was able to do with Darren. He simply understands his client's needs. Hate working out? I did, until I found Jungle Fitness! These personal trainers are by far the best fitness trainers and coaches in orange county. I met with Jon, the owner and he on a serious note is what the company is all about. He is the most real guy you will ever meet, I seriously had the best conversation I've had in years with him, the guy who I just met literally for 5 minutes! Our conversation was a hour long and from that you know he's deep and got soul! SUPER COOL PERSONAL TRAINERS HERE! Come here if you want a great, real experience and real results! Hate working out? I did, until I found Jungle Fitness! These personal trainers are by far the best fitness trainers and coaches in orange county. I met with Jon, the owner and he on a serious note is what the company is all about. He is the most real guy you will ever meet, I seriously had the best conversation I've had in years with him, the guy who I just met literally for 5 minutes! Our conversation was a hour long and from that you know he's deep and got soul! SUPER COOL PERSONAL TRAINERS HERE! Come here if you want a great, real experience and real results! My name is Andre. Or at least it was.
I was interested in Jungle Fitness because I wanted to make a positive life change, something that, like most of us, I wanted to make for a long time but always came up with excuses not to.? It cost too much.? ??I didn??t have the time.? ??It was going to be too much work.? These are the things I told myself in hopes of making my inner voice shut up about exercising and getting in shape. But as a 28 year old guy, my number one priority in life is attracting women. This might seem shallow, yes, but when you??re at the height of your sexuality and think about sex an average of 38 times per hour, well?. biological programming is a b.
So I went on yelp to look for a gym membership. I read reviews on Ballys, then on 24 hour fitness, and other places around my area. It wasn??t until the third day of researching that I ran across Jungle Fitness. At the time it had around 68 reviews, all 5 stars. I was skeptical at first of the number of high ratings and figured they were paid reviewers boosting the ratings. But I thought ??what the hell let me give them a call what do I have to lose??
It all starts with John. From the minute I talked to him on the phone I knew this was the place. John laid out everything on the table ?? what they??re about, how it differs from a regular gym, and pricing packages per month. You could hear in Jon??s voice that he has passion for his work, something that??s echoed throughout all of the Jungle Fitness trainers. The first question Jon asked me was ??what is your personal goal?? I told him I wanted to put on 20-30 pounds of lean muscle mass, in which he replied ??there??s nothing that can??t be done. We??re not just trainers, we??re professional body sculptors. Whatever your goals are, rest assured that we??ve trained people in the past with your goals, and after you??re gone we will train others with your goals. We will turn you into an upside down pyramid if that??s what you want.? I was sold. How can you say no to a guy that says he will turn you into an upside down pyramid?
I was set up with Francis ??The Franchise? Pantig. The man is not only an amazing trainer, but more importantly he??s an amazing human being. He inspires all of his clients to not only train hard and eat right, but to become better people. If I had to give one quality that sets Francis apart from any trainers you might meet, it??s that he cares. He doesn??t give you a meal plan and bark orders during your session and then sends you home. He??s constantly giving advice on how to attain your goals; he motivates you to get there, gives words of encouragement, and religiously weighs you in every week to make sure you??re heading towards those goals. And you know his exercises are legit when you wake up in the middle of the night and realize you??re doing triangles in your sleep (true story).
Francis is part trainer, part teacher. He will educate you on everything you can do: sleeping right, eating right, and training right, to get you the best health possible. He??s very much a people person and knows how to gauge your personality and how to act with a person to get them working as hard as they can. He knows exactly when to push and when to back down. He can tell when you??ve had a bad day and when you??re just being lazy. From a sociological standpoint, it??s art at its finest.
And he does it with a smile, even after training 60 people a day whining about too many lunges. I fell extremely honored, and blessed to have met Francis. He has personally changed my life for the better in more ways than one.
And my original goal of 30 pounds of lean muscle? I came into Jungle Fitness at 6??1, 169 lbs and 4% body fat. As of this writing, nearly 2 and a half months later, I??m at 6??1 205 lbs and 8% body fat. I walk down the street with a little extra swagger in my step, I notice women taking more notice of me, and most importantly I feel the best I??ve felt in 28 years. Since I??ve met my goals I??m pushing towards 220 pounds while maintaining less than 10% body fat.

I have been training with Danny at Jungle Fitness for about 6 months, and I am thrilled with the results! I used to work out at 24 hour fitness, and was tired of the crowded gym and the atmosphere. Over time I stopped going completely, & gained 20 pounds at 28 yrs old. I decided I needed to put in the time to research personal trainers and different facilities, and find one that really suites me. After meeting with Jon I knew this was the place for me.The gym is very industrial and we train inside and outside. Its great! I love how our workout routines are always different, challenging, and FUN.The biggest reason I stay with the program is because I'm not just a number, they actually care about my progress, my diet, and my well-being.The level of professionalism, dedication, and personal attention is extraordinary. Danny really motivates me to stay on track and train hard regularly. Words cant describe what a rewarding experience it has been. I would recommend it to everyone!!

What can I say about the trainers at jungle fitness. They are AMAZING! I feel great and I feel as though my goals are within reach! I train with Danny and he is amazing!

Danny really pushes me to my limit! The think I love about Danny's training is that he educates me about fitness so I can use the same concepts 10 years down the line. He really is personable and professional so if you want a trainer you want to feel comfortable with, ask for DANNY!

I'm a big Yelper (Elite 2011, woohoo!) so I know a good place and if they're really worth the 5 stars that Yelp maxes out at. Jungle Fitness is MOST DEFINITELY one of these places that's worth more than 5 stars!

In case all you can think about with the other reviewers are that they're getting paid to do it... they're not. And they're not lying. I would encourage those write more about other places, but they probably don't care to, oh well.

Jon Jung of Jungle Fitness is an amazing individual. He's so full of energy, understanding and ensures his team embodies everything that he is, and also makes sure that his clients feel as great as they are about to look.

This gym has to be one of THE BEST in all of OC, maybe even SoCal or the state! None of that busy commercialized gyms like 24hour fitness, bally's or LA fitness.. not even like the smaller privatized gyms like Gold's, or the fancy shmancy ones in LA or NYC.. Jungle Fitness is definitely unique. Sure, some of the equipment may be kinda old or squeaky, but let me assure you that EVERY SQUARE INCH of the gym gets used, and is always being used by someone. Nothing sits still, and no one sits still either!

I've been training with Jesse Sadoff for 2 complete weeks now and he's just absolutely amazing. Not a yell-at-you kinda trainer, but he can definitely motivate you to do all that you can do and more!

And already, I can see some results, and it's just from 2 weeks of eating right and working out 2x a week with him ... that's just FOUR times so far!

Take it from an Elite Yelper if you don't trust the other reviewers elsewhere.... I've definitely eaten my way across OC, LA, and NorCal.. and now I'm paying the price of getting my butt kicked for eating so much.

The area is a tad hard to find, but the signs are very helpful, and it's one of the only areas that's filled with cars. :) Open from 5a-10p, you can pretty much schedule yourself to get a good workout in whenever you have time! I paid for a "small" group setting, and I've never seen more than 3 people in my group, and that was just tonight.. other training sessions have just been by myself!

Do yourself a favor and skip all those other gyms and wannabe personal trainer program crap that they offer you. You get what you pay for, and at Jungle Fitness, I've gotten WAY MORE than what I paid for in a gym and in a personal trainer.

Arrived my first day, didn't expect anything, but once the training started after 30 mins, I threw up! Carlos will push you to your limits even if it means you're going to throw up. They say finding a buddy to work out with really motivates you to keep going, to put on a good attitude, to have stronger results, to really get it going. I completely agree. But I raise you with a personal trainer. With a personal trainer you have a wonderful support system that is there the entire way pushing you through, those, "Ugh I just can't do this!" or "You said 2, right?"; you have this buddy who knows exactly what they are talking about and allows you to create realistic, yet exciting goals. I was very fortunate while working out here to have THE BEST trainer by the name of Jesse Sadoff. He has this little book that has every work out/circuit geared to all types of goals. It was always so exciting to see him look into the book of bad ass and see how I was gonna get worked(!) for that session! My initial goal was to get rid of the belly flab I've accumulated over several past Thanksgivings and to have a more pronounced upper body. Not only was I seeing results but I was motivated to go to the gym. I was motivated to get my body into shape and to be the best me that I could be. Jesse got me there. I thank him every time I start sweating just because I know he remembers my goals, and he gets me closer every time! Thank you Jesse!!

My friend and I have been going for three months now, 2 days a week because it was what we could afford. Even though we've only been going in 2 days a week, we have gained small but noticeable changes.

Our personal trainer is Qoni, and for anyone who's starting out or wants an awesome trainer, I RECOMMEND QONI. I don't know how much emphasis I can put on that.

Qoni always has your back, he corrects you when you're doing something wrong, he keeps exercising fun, he jokes around, answers questions, gives information that you seek, but most importantly he tries to make sure you're alright and that you're always safe. Qoni is also flexible, which was good for my friend and I since we both go to school.

Ever since I joined Jungle Fitness, i've felt more positive and happier, what's great is that the environment is also safe and fun.
